South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It was almost natural for the feral creature to see the smaller canine as a pup. After all a coyote was like a small wolf in a way. And at the size she was in the coyote looked very much like a pup. Now with a mate it was evident that new adventures and new events would occur. With a strong male at her side it was natural for her mind to start thinking along the lines of prodigy. In the Were community she and Tobias were all-ready married. He had declared her as his mate. Time and time again in their Were forms he would show it. Those gentle love bites along her neck was a testament to that. Her feral form accepted this and now as both creatures in their prime it was time for the thought of pups. The coyote was not hers by any means and yet her mind was slowly adjusting to the area of 'motherhood.' This was different to her. Her feral side was learning how to care. When the coyote submitted herself and exposed her belly the wolf noticed that the smaller canine seemed off. It was important for the smaller creature to eat. After all only the strongest could survive and she was willing in her nature to help.

Carrying the coyote over towards the river seemed like the right idea. Instead of wasting time in the woods to hunt for the smaller rodents she could take her where there was an abundant amount of food. Fish was something everyone could be taught. Setting the coyote down along the banks she entered the water finding it quite comfortable. Catching a fish and bringing it to the coyote, her head tilted downwards as she waited patiently for the other to kill it. The wolf would only do so much. Seeing her set her paw over the fish and begin to tear into it, her tail swayed side to side happily. Pleased to see that the other was aware of what needed to be done. Leaving the water she shook herself releasing a sharp yelp. The pain she felt along her shoulder and back came back and it irritated her once more. Growling softly she moved away from the coyote settling herself down on the ground. Stretching her neck she whimpered softly as her slid her side against the ground, growling in annoyance. With a frustrated sigh rolled back onto her stomach resting her head over her paws, huffing softly. Blue-grey eyes shifted towards the coyote to make sure she was safe and sound.
