The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Every time she interacted with Nadya it was always done in a manner of kindness mixed in with tolerance. Raven knew how Alexis thought of Nadya and she did not wish to do anything that would make Alexis upset. The shopping experience was a great way to observe and she the Panther and Fox interact with one another in such a friendly manner. It was clear she didn't belong with the duo, but she tried to appease the two of them. It was just a need she had always fluttering in the back of her mind, the need to appease others, and if she did so, perhaps she could receive acknowledgment in a positive way. The need to be wanted was a difficult thing to suppress and being in the shop she wanted more than anything to appease the two young women. Even though she did not want to shop or participate in such a thing. The need to make the other women happy was one of the reasons why she did as Nadya wanted all the while to make Alexis feel at ease, giving the fox girl the peace of mind that the feline and canine could be civilized. Nadya was Tobi's pack mate and so she had to be cared for, to make Tobi happy, and she had done as needed that night she had to stich the girl up. Not once had Raven shown tooth or claw to the WerePanther and she could not understand why the girl held such distrust in her. Raven wasn't a creature that could trust others so easily, but still, she was willing to give Nadya a chance.
With other Weres it was easy for her to converse with them even with those she didn't know so well or even at all. Even when she had her loner status for some reason she and Tobi could speak so easily to one another. His voice easily entering her own mind while her own easily entered into his. Though with Nadya is was always a struggle and the only way she could even manage a small breakthrough was by keeping her eyes on the young woman. The oddly marked lupine was not one that enjoyed stepping over some lines, but she felt she had to in this case. Joining a pack meant that it wasn't just her life that would be altered there were others that would go through a different change of their own and it would be unwise, she thought, if she didn't at least have a word with those that would be affected as well. A grey-outlined ear twitched back and forth as permission was granted to speak. As the Panther began to rise up and sit the she-wolf had felt something familiar in the distance. Lifting her head some, trusting her nose and not her eyes, she briefly searched for a scent that signaled what she assumed was another was nearby, a presence she was all too familiar with, but she wasn't quite sure just where he was.
The wolf's attention was given back to Nadya as soon as she began to speak. It was not hard to miss what Nadya's opinion was to Tetradore's invitation. Tobias seemed delighted by the news when she told him, and she didn't really expect Nadya to share that same exuberance. Thanks to her childish desire to belong somewhere, mixed in with her hidden desire to be a part of a pack, she had already decided what her answer would be. A Were was not capable of being alone for so long. The need for self-perseveration was a strong beacon that made the girl seek out whatever options she had that would keep her alive. Joining a pack meant staying alive. But it also meant that she would be reliving a life that had, at once, been severely unkind to her. ..and being unkind was a serious understatement. Frowning some at Nadya's words, her head would lower slightly, as she thought back to that particular night. The offer was done after they got out of the zoo, there was no deal and there was no promise made before or even during the escape. He had simply approached her, gently pushed her to the ground and buried his head into her neck, and his words sounded authentic. It did not feel like an obligation on his part. Tilting her head back up, blue-grey eyes simply looked into the golden eyes of the Panther. Her tone was gentle, but soft, as she sat up straighter- a subtle way of showing she wasn't backing down.
"I'm not sure it was like that...it sounded genuine. Tobi seemed far too excited when I talked to him about it. He explained to me how your pack worked, the idea that I could belong somewhere and be of use to someone else...it is quite enticing. I did want to tell you before I go off in search of your brother to give him my answer..."
There was a chance that she could be wrong and Nadya could be right. But that would be cruel if Tetradore did offer her that opportunity as means of being courteous, but not carrying the weight behind it. After this meeting she would go off and search for him, or at least try, and give him the answer. Whether he wanted her or not he made the offer and she had every right to accept it. He had made her submit. Tobi had tricked her into submitting. As far as she was concerned she had already been accepted to join by two out of the three members and for once Raven did not have a need to appease Nadya. For once she was willing to step up for herself and she was not going to allow this chance to simply slip away. With the sun setting the shadows around them increased and a subtle layer of it began to mix within her fur, giving her an almost hidden armor. Just in case...one can't ever be too prepared. Keeping her head evenly leveled at the same height as the Panther, so as not to challenge whatever rank Nadya held, her soft voice held an unwavering firm tone.
"Tetradore accepted me and Tobi accepted me...I have done my part and given you the courtesy to let you know instead of sneaking behind your back. I've already made up my mind and I am afraid it isn't the one you wanted."
