Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian was under no delusion that he was anything else then the vampiric creature he was. He had long ago accepted who and what he was to the fullest extent, enough so that the majority of his evening was entirely focused upon his finding of his next meal and the quite literal foreplay that accompanied it. He was a demanding creature, sensual at best who enjoyed all aspects of his affinity. It was perhaps being robbed of this simple enjoyment that made him most disinclined to bare his fangs and bite into the girl's neck. For Sebastian, the blood was only half of what he found himself needing, the sex quickly becoming almost a life sustaining as the crimson substance itself. His crystalline gaze remained steadfast upon the young girl as she shifted in place, her words failing to provide him with any answer at all. He watched the transformation of the doll like child, her playful banter turning into a cold ruthlessness, her eyes narrowing ever so slightly. It was that look in her eyes that he remembered - the same look as the one she had provided him with on that fateful night, the night that she had turned him into what he was today.

There was a certain tone of authority behind her words as she commanded him to kill the girl held safely in his arms. He had every intent to let her go, to release her into the world where this could be only a nightmare. Despite this intent, this desire, he still found his mouth opening, the girl pulled closer towards him. His eyebrows furrowed, a glimpse of confusion crossing his features and yet he found himself impossible to stop the allure of her flesh. His fangs pierced the skin on her neck, biting into the artery there within that filled his mouth immediately of blood. Usually, Sebastian was particularly careful where he bit, nipping in places where no major blood lines rested. Tonight, however, he forced himself to watch with the most apathy he could muster as the blood flowed down her neck in a river, staining the clothes on her chest and spreading it as it hit the cloth material. His lips were pressed together, his eyebrows furrowed before he gingerly leaned down, his lips pressing sweetly against the young woman's brow. "Her blood will cool. She is dying quickly...if you want her, she is yours." He commented softly, his gaze shifting back towards the young girl. His gaze softened as he glance at her, inquiring with a whisper on his lips, "Why was her death so important to you? There was nothing gained from it."
