The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

It seemed an uncanny thing to have a canine asking a feline what pack life was like where felines were far more known to be loners than canines. At least the reassurance that Scarlett was traveling alone eased Nadya. It meant she didn't have to keep on constant alert of the perimeter while also keeping an eye on the wolf. Not that she hadn't gained enough practice watching two things at once with the twins. Nadya fell quiet once more, allowing the sounds of the forest to fill the silence between them as she thought. What was pack life like? "It's the best and worst thing that could ever happen to you." Well it was the truth and it sounded a lot like what people describe High School as.
"I was born to the Alpha's of a pack. I've never known anything else than pack life. Pack is a family that is thicker than blood though. You eat, sleep, and run together...protect each other." Nadya slowly rose from her seated position, her paws falling carefully as she began to slowly circle the canine all the while keeping her golden gaze fixed on her. Her tone took one a darker note as she began to speak again. "Pack life means choosing it over everything else you ever want in life. It means shedding blood or killing to keep it safe." Each circle the ebony jaguar took around Scarlett brought her massive form just a bit closer until Nadya stopped and stood a mere two feet in front of the newcomer. "It means recognizing and following those above you." This time Nadya did not sit down and her tail remained flicking from side to side behind her. "There are rules being in a pack but the rules are there for a reason. The rules are there to protect everyone, to bring peace and security for the next generation."
Perhaps Nadya made pack life seem like the worst thing ever but for someone who had no idea how to function around other Weres let alone a pack could find it very difficult indeed to assimilate in a way that wouldn't bring rifts, chaos, and danger to a pack. One weak link. Yes, inwardly she was still sighing and bothered that Frost had fought her pack. Then again, when she had first ran into him her brother was still near the beginning of his very long brooding shunning of her. It hadn't been until recently that his demeanor had shifted enough to let her and the twins near him. Only on their first true meeting again when she was going to bring up the "new Alpha in town" had the fight been brought to her attention. Nadya's gaze shifted away from staring down the canine to stare out into the forest. "Pack life is laying beneath the stars and the full moon feeling the warmth of bodies surrounding you and never wanting the sun to rise." Despite everything her and her brother went through there was still no better feeling than that of being in a cat pile and listening to Tobias purring until they all fell asleep.
