South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. we're kings of the killing, we're out for blood

Edie was hardly concerned by whatever plan the Were boy had had regarding the hunters. As far as the young fox was concerned, he'd led a pair of hunters into her territory and had hardly had a plan in the slightest. And Edith, vocal as she always was, had hardly hesitated in letting him know her obvious annoyance at the whole situation. After all, she was standing naked in the forest with blood running down her shoulder and a wound that showed no signs of healing anytime soon. The one plague of her gift was that, while she seemed to heal at a faster rate than humans, she still didn't have the same speed as her Were counterparts. She healed, yes. But she did so at an annoyingly slow rate.

It would do neither of them any good if she passed out in the forest, so with that in mind she'd stepped into her tent to find something to stop the bleeding. She'd been rather annoyed as he'd followed her, though she barely gave him a glance as she searched through her bag. When she'd finally found something to stop the bleeding, it was only then that she acknowledged the boy sitting across from her. Her sentence was short and decidedly apathetic at claiming that it had been his actions that had caused the wound on her shoulder. She found herself smirking slightly as he began to counter her statement. Though she would never say it out loud, she had to admit his frustration was rather... well... adorable.

"Yes," Edie said calmly, looking rather bored with the whole situation as she looked down at the wound on her shoulder. "Standing unarmed with two hunters having arrows aimed at your heart certainly looks as though you had it all perfectly handled." The young were had to admit the joy that crossed her features as he was cut off mid rant by her power. She took a second to watch him, admiring her own work. Her healing was flawless, as it always was. The only indication that the wound had been there at all was the blood that had stained his chest. "Extremely talented," Edie said with a small grin, the first hint of remote amusement creeping her way onto her features. It faded nearly instantly as he commented on her inability to heal herself. A scowl crossed her features as she shook her head lightly. "No, I can't." It was the one flaw to her power. The one thing that made her ache with annoyance every time she got hurt. She could remove wounds from anyone else without a thought and yet on her own, she healed normally.

"What could you possibly do to help me with this?" She snapped at him at his teasing tone, though she couldn't deny her own interest in his words. What if he could help her with this? She watched with curious eyes as he pulled out the bag and extended it out to her. She'd heard of such remedies, though she'd never used them herself, but she couldn't deny that anything would be better than the burn that plagued her at the moment. But then her curiosity was replaced by distain as he spoke to her, giving her a rather dreadful nickname in the process. "Don't call me that," Edie said, reaching out quickly to snatch the bag out of his hands. The abrupt movement caused a fire of pain to abrupt in her shoulder, and she dropped the bag onto the floor of the tent. "Okay," She said after a moment, her voice showing only a small amount of the vulnerability she felt. "Okay, fine. You win. Help me."
