South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

During a meeting with the scouts he learned that these two particular Weres loathed one another entirely. At first it was hardly a surprise to him. One was predator and the other was prey, surely it was just their natural instincts overriding any sort of realization that they should be at least cordial to one another. Though when he discovered both belonged to two different packs the pieces began to fall in place. Everyone in the Council was aware of the Nightshade pack that controlled the West District. The elder Dark Hunters felt that since that particular pack was doing nothing wrong that they should be spared and not bothered with. However, they couldn't help but notice that one of the Weres they needed to capture was within the pack, and all agreed that she was free game the moment she left the West district. Yet he disagreed entirely on sparing the entire Nightshade pack, rather, he wanted the whole lot of them captured. He had an appalling unhealthy obsession of hating Weres above all other despicable evil creatures. Weres were not humans hiding within animal skin. They were animals donning human skins, unworthy to walk among human kind and be accepted by them. As far as he was concerned they were to be eradicated entirely. It was true the Were creatures could be broken to such an extent that they could be considered as nothing more than a domesticated pet. They could be subservient to them, their ability to be animal could allow Dark Hunters the chance to do things they could not before. There was a reason why there were numerous breeding programs throughout the world offering Dark Hunters horses for their brigades, wolves for their scouting and guarding positons, and birds for the intel units. The Council was well aware that these two weres would be ineligible to join such programs. They were dangerous and incapable of being used effectively to their best interest. Although he detested these creatures at least they could be used to his benefit and their death wouldn't be wasted.

Obsidian eyes narrowed as the hulking shaped man stood within one of the other silver steal cages within the rundown old compound. All along the walls were different shaped silver weaponry, each one a different sort of torture device, stained with the old blood from their former victims. His twisted dark mind churned over each deplorable plan that would reach him to his endgame. There were hypotheses that the Department of Were's were interested in having answered, and unfortunately that lot had particular uneasy stomachs. They were incapable to get their hands bloody, unable to remove themselves from feeling any sort of remorse for the cruel actions they would do to another. Luckily he was the right man for the job. As he overheard Frost exclaim he would be willing to harm Raven he let out a menacing snicker as he heard the horse suddenly shout as he understood the realization that his previous statement was made real. The scouts were not lying about these two hating one another. With some of the tools needed for tonight already in his hand, he turned around heading back to their cage. As his heavy footsteps echoed within the compound he heard the sound of someone's chains moving around. Making it to the cage he began to place his tools on a bench nearby, their silver sheen glinting underneath the dim lights above. Looking over at the cage he couldn't help, but throw the man a menacing smirk as the brute stood looking for an attempt to escape. Taking a step towards the cage he peered through the silver bars, his hand reaching around the side of the cage, keeping his finger on a particular button. His voice was deep and held a smug tone as he began to scold the brute, his depthless eyes looking straight at the stallion's one violet eye.

"I'm not surprised you'd be the one standing. Horses are stubborn creatures, especially stallions, but they are still stupid. A Horse is a creature that is meant to be trained to obey. So...why don't you take a seat, hmm?"

As soon as he ordered the horse to shit his pudgy finger pressed the button, unbeknownst to the pair, and suddenly Frost would feel himself being pulled up against the wall. The chain that was attached to his silver collar suddenly began to move towards the wall, reeling Frost like a fish, forcing him to be pinned against the wall in such a harsh manner. For a moment he would be pinned against the wall, still standing, and slowly he would begin to feel his arms being yanked down, as his legs were ripped forward, causing the boy to fall hard into the ground. Should he try to yank his limbs free he would be unable, the chains pulling tighter each time he struggled. With a cruel laugh the Dark Hunter glared at the stallion, letting go of the button and using that same hand to open the cage door once more. Frost would remain stuck where he was and the Dark Hunter ignored the sound of his chains moving, knowing all to well the boy was trapped. Slowly he stalked towards the girl that remained sitting in her corner, curled up, one hand moving to gently run his fingers from the top of her head down her face, in such an atypical gentle caress. His sickening voice purred once more in a tone that sounded almost like praise.

"But I knew you would behave well."

When the girl flinched away from his touch he gave out a short chortle. Her uncomfortableness seemed to only encourage him, as he continued to touch her face no matter how much she struggled to keep away. His hand would reach the top of her head as he gently pet her, dragging his fingers through her curly locks, feeling the girl tremble. With a false sympathetic voice he let out a slip about her past, wondering if indeed her new predicament was much better than how she was treated at home.

"After all you were used to this sort of treatment weren't you? It must have been hard at first when you didn't understand why you had to be in a cage. Oh and those chains...the ones you have on now are much more comfortable right?"

He didn't care whether or not she was in better conditions than when she was with her familial pack. He just wanted to slowly start the process of psychological torture, using such an easy method of bringing back nightmares. Turning his head around to get look at the immobilized stallion he let out a sneer as he dropped an interesting piece of information to the two.

"Did you two know you were on a most wanted list?"

Bending down he would allow his body to press against her own, knowing entirely all too well she was already breaking. Her fear of males was a button he wished to press, even more so physical touch, already reading her mind as she begged and pleaded for the man to get off her. His voice flowed smoothly like venom, as he began to lay the groundworks of further breaking both Weres.

"Miss. Raven Talbot Clocksworth, I find it absolutely interesting about your bloodline. You probably already knew, but Talbot is extremely important not just in the werewolf community, but the entirety of the were population. Your record though is very short and yet...absolutely horrifying. You didn't do anything wrong, after all they mistreated you and it makes sense you would want revenge...but you took their lives Raven. The men...the women...and the poor...poor innocent children."

He could see within her mind her thoughts racing, as she began to see the memories of that tragic night overwhelm her. Her...condition was a threat and it was what marked her to be killed on sight. Leaving the girl to wallow in her own guilt mixed with fear he got off her and moved slowly towards Rixon.

Standing to the side of the boy he began to bend down, taking from his belt a rather long dagger and slowly he began to place the point at the top of his chest through his t-shirt, and once his point felt the soft flesh of his skin, he began to dig the blade through his chest tearing both skin and clothing attire. It was a deep wound, one that wasn't meant to kill him, but it wasn't meant to be comfortable either. As he did this his voice rose as he began to bring the stallion down memory lane.

"Mr. Rixon Leifsson you really did a number of damages you know? There is some financial schemes, I see you've caused a serious problem with the Mounted Unit in Europe, oh and let's not forget what you did when you left home. There are some very interested people that want you dead or alive...and yet here you are stuck with me."

As soon as his dagger stopped right before the epigastric region he would remove the dagger, watching as his wound began to seep blood. Standing back up straight he turned around walking away and heading back towards the hallway, walking into the stable cage across from there, where there was a table filled with different vials. Placing the bloody dagger into a green liquid he swirled the blade around until the vial in the liquid turned brown. Grabbing a cloth he wiped the blade clean and then dipped it into a clear sticky substance and wiped it again with another cloth, as he did this process he would be gone for a few minutes, leaving the two victims to await what would befall upon them. When he was done he would turn back around and shut the cage peering through the bars.

"Now we all know Weres are able to heal quite quickly and the only way to kill your kind is to decapitate you. Though Raven you seem to lack that ability, I mean just look at your face and the rest of your body, all covered in scars. You didn't think I wouldn't take a look while you were sleeping, did you?"

A cruel sneer was plastered on his façade as his dark eyes narrowed upon the girl watching how she squirmed within her corner. It was a good thing that these two hated one another. It just made his job so much easier. Taking the dagger he threw it to land near Frost, watching as the blade slid across the cold hard floor. Taking his hand along the wall he pressed the button, the same one from earlier, and Frost would begin to feel the taught chains begin to slowly relax. The Dark Hunter was allowing him to move once more, with enough movement to get to the other side of the cage, but not near the cage door.

"I hate to punish you Miss. Raven, you have been an absolute perfect test subject. However, I have a theory that needs to be tested. Mr. Rixon why don't you go on ahead and use that dagger on Raven? I don't care what you do to her. When else will you get the chance to harm her in such a way without interference from her pack?"
