The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
Despite all odds, the Englishman was well aware of the young woman's internal struggle, it reflected in her chemistry - the way it fought with half-hearted efforts to reject him. But still, the simple fact that it fought was enough to perplex him. Perhaps Sebastian was far weaker than he thought he was - it certainly wouldn't surprise him. Regardless, a warm simper danced upon the vampire's lips as the girl offered him a decidedly feminine giggle, clearly enjoying herself to some degree. He could hear the way her blood raced through her veins in a natural reaction to his own forward nature. Sebastian watched the woman intensely, waiting as she struggled under the weight of both his affinity and charm to offer, almost hesitantly, the name that he had been searching for. Raven - a bird. How cute. Sebastian offered her another smile before he brushed his nose against her neck in a gesture that bordered between affectionate and intimate, entirely oblivious to the line that he'd bounded so effortlessly across by this simple action. He felt her move her head, affording the man a better access to her neck and though he longed to sink his fangs into her vein - he hesitated, offering instead a rather rare and none-the-less true compliment.
It seemed as if the young girl had never before been offered those simple words, their near syllables seemed foreign to her ears by her reaction alone and yet Sebastian hardly balked by this challenge. He firmly believed that every woman deserved to feel beautiful - every single one of them, even if it was only just for one fleeting moment. The vampire's head tilted to the side ever so slightly before he shook his head, firmly disagreeing with her. His thumb moved to brush gingerly over the scars beneath her eye, his husky lyrics just as soft as the female in front of him. "I promise, I don't. You are lovely, my little bird, with the most enticing, piercing eyes." The scars were of little consequence to him. Hell, he came from a day where showering was a luxury that even the rich couldn't afford on the daily and sanitation was near extinct. Sebastian had seen all faces of the world. He had seen unmarred skin combined with the vilest of vices and likewise he too had found wonderment in those abandoned, forgotten and unloved. It was, in perhaps a silly way, a pleasure to show her more beyond the looks she surely received on a daily basis.
It was perhaps that desire to ensure the young woman felt as enticing as she should that contributed to his next actions - beyond of course his own rather obvious wants. Still, Sebastian pressed his lips sweetly against Raven's, his hand moving around her jawline to the back of her neck if only to tilt her head back ever so slightly, just enough that the man was afforded the chance to deepen the kiss - to truly kiss her in the fashion that romance movies so often deemed utterly remarkable. His lips lingered there for some time, kissing her sweetly and fervently before he pulled away from her just enough to press his forehead against hers. "Would I have done that if I was lying?" He inquired, his lips contorting into that same warm, handsome look - at least, until a peculiar flash of color flashed at the corner of his eyes, pulling his attention away from the young woman in his arms. Sebastian was oblivious to the fashion at which his own affinity seemed to wane in that moment he was was distracted, the man pulling away from her just enough to get another glimpse of whatever it was.
