The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He does not understand the seriousness of the situation, not truly, dark eyes lingering upon his son with no real understanding of why such a taste lingered in his blood, merely eyeing the boy with mild disdain as if Micah himself is to blame for such befouled blood. Tetradore's sudden move forward sees the dark eyes man shift, turning to the panther now, eyeing him as he moves to circle about them and press him ever closer to Nadya until the pair touch. This, he is sure, is some sort of game and yet one he does not desire to play, one hand moving to bat momentarily at his chosen Alpha in some effort to press him away when the shadows move to seize him. He has teleported with Tetra before and as such the actual act hardly seems to sway him, landing within the hospital however is a shocking assault to his senses, the scent and lights alone seeing the man stumble wildly backwards. He rubs almost frantically at his eyes, the sterile scent an assault upon his nose as his own version of a hiss rises within his throat and a near state panic seems to seize him. He has never been to a hospital, has no idea, truly, where he is or why Tetra would bring them here, confusion marring each line of his youthful features as he steps only further back in wide-eyed fear. Nadya, the children and even Tetradore are forgotten in that single moment, the shouting of nurses, the glaring lights and assaulting scents entirely overwhelming to the man.
One nurse makes the unfortunate mistake of coming forward with a blanket, his naked, bloodied form evidently having caused some alarm and yet the sudden approach of a woman he does not know it met with little more then a violent outburst. His fingernails are replaced rapidly with claws upon his left hand, those sharpened weapons extended as he slashes forward suddenly, claws connecting with the woman's extended arm until she shrieks and scrambles backward- clinging to her gashed forearm as the boy simply glares. What little humanity he had managed to retain was rapidly beginning to disappear, whatever grip he held upon his own brand of sanity beginning to waver. Isabella still clinging to his leg momentarily redirects his focus, dark eyes looking down upon her, claws retracted now, instinct alone refusing to allow him to bring harm to his own kitten and yet his nervousness remain palpable, the boy tense, each muscle held taught as he desperately seeks Tetra once more- clinging to that final scrap of humanity as he desperately seeks direction. It is a testament, perhaps, to his Leader that he should seek him now, withholding his often volatile and aggressive nature- even if just barely, in an effort to find sense in what occurs around him. For a creature so given to react as an animal would it is pleasing perhaps, that he has managed to display some level of control, delicate and fragile though it is, preventing any sudden rampage throughout the hospital in his effort to escape though the boy lingers dangerously upon the line.
His gaze at last finds the panthers own, attempting to understand how he should react when Isabella is suddenly snatched away from his leg, dark eyes cutting sharply back to Nadya now as she stands before him. She reaches suddenly forward, both palms colliding with his chest, shoving him backwards before beginning to scream towards him words he can barely make out. For a moment the lanky deviant simply stares, fragile mind unable to make out her words entirely, frustration and confusion beginning to blend with the irritation and anger Nadya so often seems to stir within him even despite his....patience with the woman of late. A patience so few are afforded and yet one she abuses entirely in this moment, his already delicate nature rapidly pushed entirely from the knifes edge it had rested upon.
"You say......protect them....Tetra say......stay away from....horse....you not....listen.....I....protect them from....horse..."
His words are little more then a hiss towards her. His reasoning perhaps, is not entirely unsound. Nadya had taught him over and over to protect them, over and over she had repeated a need to keep them away from anything deemed dangerous. Tetradore had deemed Frost dangerous and as such the boy had done only what he had been taught to do. He steps forward suddenly now, oblivious to the concerned hospital staff, irritation lacing every line.
"Can smell horse.....everywhere! Nadya is....playing....sex game with him too? Naddy....does not listen.....ever....."
The scent of Frost is so thickly layered within the apartment then even Tobias understands he has been there more than once. For all the things he does not understand he understands entirely Tetradores orders, his companions words alone unbreakable to the man and as such he seeks to punish Nadya for it as any Second surely would his subordinate. The boy very near shouts now although truly words are not his forte as they stumble and blunder from his lips before he suddenly launches himself forward. His shift occurs mid-air, the Leopard colliding with the naked young woman- attempting to knock her backwards and to the ground beneath him as that powerful jungle cat tries to remain very near atop her, head turning to spit suddenly towards Tetradore.
No
He knows the Alpha will come, will seek to pull them apart as he often did and yet Tobias has perhaps, finally, been pushed too far by the women. This is his matter- not Tetradores, not this time, spotted tail lashing wildly as jaws part, a roar erupting from them as he attempts to simply hold the women down beneath him- and keep her there. He is above her, he will not be blamed for what he cannot understand he has done, she has broken the rules he is sure and yet his claws remain sheathed despite the anger that stirs within him. His teeth bare towards her in a single and final threat before he abruptly remove himself, turning away with a hiss of irritation and a lashing tail to stride back towards Tetradore now, ears folded briefly backwards in momentary submission to the other man and him alone. He knows his place. Nadya does not know hers, he is sure. He has done what is right(to his mind) and put her within it as he would any other whom had broken their Alpha's command. He moves to turn now, standing himself beside the panther, prepared for retaliation from Nadya as he moves to face her just in case- though his words extend to Tetra alone.
I want to....go home.....leave her.....let's go home.
