West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She always did hate the waiting game. As soon as everyone left the warehouse and it closed up she retreated to her new living arrangements. She still lived in her home with Alexis, but every now and then she would stick around and stay here. For some reason a part of her felt like it was something she had to do, and she didn't understand it. Tobi was not pack, but he filled some sort of void and something inside her told her she needed to continue the routine of being around him. It was annoying. While staying and working in the warehouse she noticed there were some problems. Being a natural problem solver she was capable of assessing the pros and cons of each solution she came up with and then implementing them. Shipments in the warehouse weren't organized and so things got 'forgotten' or 'lost' so she created a chart to let others know when the packages came and when they were unpacked. Apparently males weren't very organized and placing an assortments of objects that look too similar to one another was causing her headaches, so she labeled them, and politely corrected any idiot that dared to put the wrong object in the incorrect spot. She was quite shy, but she could be very vocal of things are misplaced. Though the problem she ran into, which Lucian had pointed out, was the placement of Tobi's bed. Tobi, accidentally, placed his bundle of nets and sacks into a heavy traffic area within the warehouse. It was a problem, but an easy solvable one- if Tobi approved.

Before heading to work, below, she stayed within her space. Above in the rafters, near the catwalk were the large windows that opened up the roof showing the moon, big enough to view all phases. She had found a crook, spacious enough where she could place her bedding, with slots below, hidden by the blankets and pillows to place some of her clothing and other personal needs. Though, sitting on top of her bed was the sack Tobi had given her that she would use to cover herself up at night. Big enough for her to sleep any either form, even if there were two of her, and it was hidden from below. The only time you could make out there was a space was if you were hanging in the rafters or standing along the catwalk near her area. It was like a personal cave and it was so much better than sleeping at her house. Blue-grey eyes watched as Tobi finally decided to get off his spotted tail and go off and rummage around somewhere else within the warehouse district. Running down the catwalk to his bedding of nets and sacks, she would organize them in two different piles, and then began making his bed. Tying the nets tightly together in a certain fashion, overlaying them over one another, making them stronger to carry wait. Then using the sacks, she would wove them into the nets covering the top based by inserting another layer. Searching through the warehouse, she found heavy duty steel tow rope and would hook it to two steal rings she had clamped to either end of the long woven nets and sacks. Looking at the wall, she would grab the remote on the wall and push the button causing a riser from near the catwalk to slowly lower down to the floor, placing the hammock bed over it, and hooking the steal hooks to either side of the cable that held the riser. With the hammock now in place, with the riser below covering more than the surface area of the hammock, which would keep Tobi safe should he or another sleep within the hammock accidentally fall from it, she couldn't help but give a small smile at her handiwork. Scurrying around the warehouse to find tougher ropes and a large tarp, she would tie the tarp to the net and sack hammock, allowing the tarp to be the final study base, cutting the tarp, to allow the ropes to fit through as she tied it down. Happy with her work, she would place the remote back on the wall, before sitting herself in her newly made hammock, pressing the button to the side to cause the riser to lift back towards the catwalk exactly where her own bed was.

As soon as she reached the side of the catwalk, she would easily slide herself over the rim and head for her crook, taking a few pillows and blankets and setting them nicely on the hammock. With her new project done, for the size of two leopards to sleep in, permanently suspended with the riser as the 'safety net' she couldn't help but beam proudly. As the lights within the warehouse began to brighten more, signaling the shop would open soon she ran down the catwalk once more, not wanting to ruin Tobi's new bed, heading down to start her day. Only with the day ended, after talking with Lucian, she would run back to her little crook, grabbing her book about the Illuminati before heading towards one of the kitchens prepping a chicken mean for herself and Tobi, should he arrive. His new found bed perfectly hidden. With the meal finished and the two cooked chicken breasts lying on two separate plates, she happily began to devour her meal with her book propped open, eager to show Tobi what she had done.
