The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

That he did not understand earlier her basic word use of describing the two of them didn't really surprise her. Calmly she explains to the boy the difference within their species. Hoping he would try and understand. Though she would not let go of his hand, keeping hers locked tight around his own, her body shaking at the idea of falling down into the deep blue ocean. Gratefully she grabs hold of the railing the minute he brings her back to his side. Her lithe frame leaning on him, if only for a moment, her breath shaky for a moment, as she attempts to calm herself down. She was not safe. But she was much safer now than she was beforehand. When he moves away her eyes close for a moment. She attempts to focus on the ship as it rocks and bounces up and down a top the waves. With a reluctant sigh she opens her eyes, using her telekinesis to help keep her from falling should she slip again, she follows down after him. His apparent disdain at her pace is ignored for the moment, he did not understand that she didn't acquire some of the natural skills that comes with a cat. The moment she finally lands on the deck she can barely keep an eye on her bare-footed companion. The crowd was far too packed together, each person distracted by an attraction, some being in line for something else, families with small children trying to corral or hush them, and drunk couples slouching over, and the rest of the people just being there.
The main deck was filled with a variety of people enjoying their vacation already â€" some sun bathing, some eating, and some swimming in the various pools along the deck. Blue-grey eyes scanned through the crowd, searching for her companion and finding him standing in line for a slide. Well that couldn't be a bad thing. However, as she looked to see where the slide would end her eyes widen in shock. Before she could yell at him to get out of the line the man handling the line, and for some reason allowed a fully clothed individual to go down a damn water slide, Tobias had already gone down. Rushing through the crowds she managed to get to the side of the pool where the slide would drop him, but when she looked at the end of it expecting to hear Tobias cuss and howl in anger at being dumped into the water, she was shocked to see the boy stuck at the end of the slide, barely touching the beginning of the water that licked the end of the slide. Unsure with how she was going to get him out of this predicament she looked around until she noticed one of the lifeguards handing a couple a swimming pool paddle boat. With a grin she moved over to him pointing to her companion, the one where other lifeguards were yelling at him to leave, explaining that she could solve this issue.
"Fine, just get the guy out of there."
As the lifeguard placed the paddleboat down in the water, she managed to get herself in, using the peddle to move herself over to her companion where more lifeguards and different people in the pool and the line for the slide yelled at him to get out. As she managed to pull the paddle boat towards the opening of the slide, she ignored the boos and the jeers, her eyes focused solely on her companion. Slowly she eased the paddle boat next to the slide, luckily all he had to do was crawl over and he would be safe from the water. Grabbing the rope on the side of the boat she tied it over to the side of the slide, allowing the paddle boat to remain there at his side. This would allow him the ability to simply crawl over to the paddle boat, safe from the water. Leaning over towards him, she places one hand on his own, ignoring his claws as she spoke encouragingly to her companion, still ignoring everyone that yelled and hollered at the two of them.
