West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

If it weren't for the relief of seeing Aiden and the overwhelming sensation that plagued her head, Samantha was sure she would have been a little more reluctant to grab at the man in front of her. She wasn't typically one to show affection in front of others, and she'd gotten the sense that Aiden wasn't either. But tonight was different. Tonight, she thought of the vampires and the hunter. She thought of the terror at not being able to control her own body and the confusion she'd felt at her mind wanting the vampire to feed from her. It was no surprise, really, that she reached out for one of the things that felt most stable in her life: Aiden. Aiden had never done anything to harm her. Instead, he'd saved her life in a number of ways: her job at the burlesque, the confidence she was getting from her growing knowledge of the supernatural world, the time he actually saved her life. She'd have to remember later to thank Raven for everything she'd done for her tonight, especially when it came to leading her through the crowd that had threatened to devour her.

She was thankful when Aiden seemed to immediately understand the way the rowdy crowd threatened to overwhelm her. In her human life, the chaos of the crowd would have been enticing. But now, those very feelings of adrenaline and excitement that would have lured her in before were ones that made her head spin and made her legs feel as though they were going to give out at any moment. She was thankful, really, that Raven guided the chair over towards her, and even more thankful when Aiden guided her to sit down. Gingerly, she let go of her hold on him, dropping her head into her hands as she began her tale of the events that had happened tonight. Somehow, staring at the floor certainly seemed to help with the wave of nausea her head was causing her.

It was only when she spoke of how she'd felt the reluctance of the vampire that her boyfriend showed any reaction to the story she spoke of. Samantha looked up quickly at the rapid onslaught of his emotions tugging at her above the chaos of the crowd. Guilt. Sadness. Compassion. Understanding. All the emotions at the same time and then just as quick as they'd come, they were gone and back to the apathetic boy she'd grown so fond of. She looked up at him with curiosity then, having reached the end of her story. Even if she hadn't, it was clear that Aiden's thoughts were somewhere else entirely. She longed to ask him what was going on, but instead she merely shifted the subject, speaking of what Raven had done for her. Her eyes slid to the girl beside her, offering her a kind smile as Raven offered to go track down the child vampire for the man beside her.

"No, Raven, that's dangerous," Samantha said quietly, though her protest seemed to fall on deaf ears. Aiden seemed to be thinking it over, pausing to see if that was the best form of action to take from this point forward. She hardly wanted to put Raven or anyone else in the child's war path. She'd already shown what she was capable of, and putting someone else in danger would be a floccinaucinihilipilification. She looked up as Aiden gave the command to send another in Raven's place, and the young faerie shook her head. "Aiden, it's not worth it. I'm not worth someone getting hurt over," She said it simply, with no trace of self pity in her voice. It was a mere fact to her. She was fine, and coming to Aiden hadn't been a ploy to seek revenge in the slightest.

Still, it seemed as though her words were ignored as his arm was offered to her. She stood up slowly, taking in his words. "You don't have to do that," She said quietly, though she couldn't deny the desire to stay close to him tonight. She held herself close to him as he led her away from the chaos and into a quieter part of the ship. Almost immediately, the faerie's strength seemed to increase, though she didn't pull away from the man that held her. She glanced back after a moment, insuring that Raven was following them. She couldn't explain the attachment she felt towards the girl, but her presence was certainly comforting to the young faerie. "No, Raven," She protested softly as Aiden spoke to the girl, a blush creeping on her cheeks. "You don't have to lend me your clothes. I'm fine." She glanced back up towards her boyfriend before she returned her gaze to the female. Sure, her hair had some blood in it and her jeans were torn from her run through the woods, but truly, she hardly wanted to force the girl to let her use her own things. She'd already intruded on Raven's territory by coming here tonight, she hardly wanted to do so any more.
