The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya Tetradore
Nadya wasn't concerned or even hurt by her brother's unresponsive nature to the twins. It was by far better than before where he wasn't talking to her or Tobias; at least this was a step forward. In all honesty if they hadn't been her children she would be looking at them in exactly the same way. Nadya would still try and keep the twins from bothering her brother if she could, if only to continue the babystep progress that was being made. If it hadn't been for Isolt's help, teaching her how to care for them since day one, Nadya would have had no idea what to do with them. The young mother's attention slid away from the giggling playful child back up to meet her brother's gaze. There were many times that Nadya was still taken back by the vibrancy in his emerald eyes that retained their color even through shifting; this particular mutation something that all Tetradore men seemed to inherit. However, even Nadya could see that they didn't hold that same life that they did as children. The innocence had been stolen and the harsh realities of life had hardened them at the edges.
Aiden was trying, that much Nadya could tell and was grateful for it in a sense. She would have been more keen on the suggestions he made had it not been for the run in with the hunters, her already 'mama bear' protective nature latching on to the matter of their safety even tighter now. Whether it was Tobias, the woods, or simple open spaces to which it would take longer for her to reach them in the event of danger, it caused Nadya to shift uncomfortably. "I guess...the deck would be ok." She could trust her brother, that much she was sure of, but her grimacing at the mention of Tobias once more stated she had yet to forgive him. "I want them to be with their pack...their family...it...it kills me having them gone." Nadya's voice cracked slightly as she felt that control that she had fought for fracture slightly knowing that her time was limited with them. "You see though," Nadya rose as Izzy returned to gripping at Aiden's leg to hoist herself up, "they're starting to walk. They could fall down the stairs...cut themselves on glass left from a clumsy customer." The Ark wasn't baby-proofed and it caused great anxiety in the mother.
Nadya shifted Micah into one arm, the jostling waking the boy from his nap as Nadya pried Izzy's tiny hands from Aiden's pants. "No hagas eso." She scolded the tiny tyke lightly against her actions. "We should go to the deck...they're starting to warm up." Nadya could feel Micah's temperature heating up pressed against her as his body prepared itself for the massive shift. She stooped down and carefully plucked Izzy up to settle on her opposite hip from Micah. It was more of a juggle now that they were no longer infants able to tuck against her chest. Nadya slowly followed Aiden from his room out onto the walkway and up the second set of stairs at the end that led up to the deck. It was always quiet inside of the Ark the night of the full moon, more like a ghost town with no fights going on and even most of the employees absent. It was best that way, to have the Ark closed during the full moon, since the customers were much more amped up it became more work than it was worth keeping the fights from getting too...animalistic.
With the full moon hanging in the sky it almost looked as if you could reach up and touch it. It gave enough light that the fog lights that Aiden flicked on were almost unnecessary though it did help to lessen the shadows. There were fewer crates stashed up there but the remnants of the ones she had used to scare Edie and those simply to practice on had been cleaned up by the employees long ago. She set the twins down on one of the dozens of steel drums that jutted out from the deck floor amongst the pipes and other mechanical working parts that were unused with the cargo ship no longer used for its original purpose. Nadya stripped Micah down until he was bare naked before setting him down on the floor at her feet before doing the same with Izzy. While during Nadya's uncontrollable shifting she had lost care for the loss of her clothes that she ripped through, she didn't want the twins ripping theirs or becoming stuck in them with the shift. "Ready when you are." Nadya glanced back nervously to Aiden. She had seen her adoptive father use the technique Aiden spoke of dozens of times but never once had Aiden done it. It required a strong connection, a pack bond, and control. All those factors worried Nadya as she crouched down behind the twins, grazing her hands in reassurance over their heated skin.
