The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Even though he showed her a very soft smile it only caused her heart to ache. As she looked into his golden colored eyes she could already make out some ebony specks, seeing that the shift was coming quickly. As he leans in to kiss her cheek she brings her hand into his, squeezing it gently, partly to reassure herself that all would be fine, and partly to reassure him as he goes through this change once more. How difficult and painful it must be for him. To know that he is forever trapped in his mind and body, seeing through what his other side does, and not having the ability to do what he wished. When he tells her to look, her blue-grey eyes look to his own for a moment, scared and sad all in one, as one tear falls, she looks upwards, unable to bring herself to watch him shift. Besides he told her to look up and she would do what he asked, always. He says she does enough and even though she feels like she does little, she would at least obey whatever he asked of her. In sadness and awe she watches as the sun peeks over the horizon, how the dark velvety sky suddenly turned into multitudes of color, shades of yellow and orange, followed by pinks and the shift of the sky turning blue. Indeed it is quite beautiful and she could understand why Tobias would come and watch the sunrise when he is wide awake. For her first sunrise it was beautiful in more ways than one. When she hears the broken words come from her companion, she goes quiet for a moment taking a deep breath, feeling how one of his fingers curls around her golden brown curls. Quickly with her other hand she wipes away the small tears that silently fell, and she turns her head back around to see Tobias, giving him a wide gentle grin. Leaning into him she kisses his forehead gently, trying to stifle a yawn as her tired blue-grey eyes look into that familiar onyx hue. Brightly she explains to the boy why the sky has suddenly become so bright.
Gently she squeezes his hand as she curls into his side, her body and mind completely exhausted and yet she is wide awake. She knew so very well that it wouldn't be long until she would take him to the kitchen and prepare him, Tetradore, and Nayda some breakfast. There was no need for her to do some work for Tetradore and Serafina was busy today doing other things. All day she would be doing whatever it was Tobi wished of her, and she was quite content to be spending the day with him, as she did tonight. She can see the confusion on his face, and she moves with her other hand some of his dark hair out from his eyes, softly explaining to the boy why they were here in the first place.
She grins at the boy for a moment, reassuring him that all was quite well. She told him the truth because she assumed it would be what he would want to hear. It was indeed a bit out of place for the two of them to be up here on the deck lying on the blanket. Especially for the fact that she was wearing her charcoal grey pajamas, out in public, for all to see, if there was anyone else to see. She grows quiet for a moment, feeling the gentle ocean breeze tug her hair as the warmth of the sun's rays can be felt on her pale skin. Her thumb rubs over the top of his hand for a moment as she remembers what his other half asked for her to do, and she promised she would. It was indeed an odd question, but for him, she would ask it. With a small smile she looks at her companion, blue-grey eyes meeting his own, as they still laid there together on the deck, a top her blanket. Uncertain for the possible answer, she asks the question, she promised she would tell him.
