The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

However, Raven was incapable of taking back control, not when her feral side caught on to a new scent, a scent that promised the wolf that there was another weaker individual within their mist. Bloodstained lips began to pull back as she pushed herself off Tobias, blue-grey eyes scanning the area for the unfamiliar scent. It does not bother her that the weaker blonde is next to another Were, she is unaware who he is and what he is to Raven, but what she does know is that the weaker girl needed to be eliminated, or better yet, truly shown her place within the Were world. An angered snarl was released as she allowed her legs to suddenly launch her forward, ignoring the sound of Tobi telling her to stop. She couldn't stop. No, no, it wasn't necessary. She can feel him coming after her and for a moment she assumed he was following because he too wanted to hunt and he was just wanting her to stop because she was going to get to the blonde girl first. However, she doesn't slow down, not one bit, not until she sees the spotted jungle cat manage to launch himself over and put himself in front of the weaker female. She knew she didn't want to hurt him. No, never, but he was in the way and her speed would decrease slightly, but she would still charge. A frustrated whimper warned her mate to get out of the way, confused as to why he would protect what she was wanting to hunt. Eyes would widen in shock as she noticed how dark shadows began to swirl around him, confused as to why shadows would actually come to them, but as she got closer her jaw only got wider, as she prepared herself to make her deadly pounce, trying to aim for where the girl was. However, her attempt would be stopped thanks to a sudden black-hued force slamming right into her causing the wolf and panther to roll along the floor, her muzzled snapping at anything she saw black.
As the two rolled and tumbleded, they blazed through the furniture knocking tables and chairs knocked down. Using her back paws she would place them underneath the panther, forcing her legs upwards as she managed to get him off her. Rolling on her side she managed to stand up on her grey paws her tail lashing out in anger as her grey-trimmed ears plastered themselves against her skull. A low growl began to rumble within her chest as she stared down the black kitty cat. He was larger than her and she knew all cats had claws, and as her instincts told her he was a threat to her well-being, she knew quite well what she had to do. In the past when she felt threatened she knew her only choice was to fight and not flee, and tonight, she would make the same choice again. With another snarl she charged at the panther all thoughts of the blonde girl and Tobias completely gone. Jaws widen as she launched herself to pounce, her teeth aiming for his shoulder, seeking to bite down on this particular area. Deep within Raven's mind was a terrified little girl that couldn't believe she was attacking her own Alpha, and she hoped, that Tetradore understood something was entirely wrong and that she would never, ever attack him.
