The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya Tetradore
Nadya couldn't hide her surprise when Alexis spoke of having already interacted with Frost. She supposed it shouldn't be so unlikely seeing as it was only logical for an Alpha to seek out members. However it did make it more of a small world than it really was. It did hurt knowing that her pack was attacked and she hadn't been there to help. But with two babies to care for it wasn't even an option for her back then to leave them unattended. Perhaps what hurt more was her brother's lack of informing her it had happened. Her twins seemed to hold as much fault for their mere existing that it caused the panther to drift from her pack. Hers and Tobi's indiscretions were their own to deal with, not the fault of the children. Nadya could only bob her head in acknowledgement of her words, "I'm no stranger to his dark side. I've seen it. I've healed the wounds from it." She had after all witnessed his brutality against Jackal. But she had also witnessed him halting because of her and despite her lash of power against him he hadn't countered with any of his. This along with their other run-ins in how he acted around her allowed Nadya to see in some way the sway she had over him. It could be a dangerous thing but also a very valuable thing that could be utilized to an advantage.
"He saw the potential in you. His type...they will break you down and then build you again to reach your limit and then go beyond it. You aren't weak, Alexis, as you've admitted you've done things you aren't exactly proud of...that proves you are capable and strong." The panther lowered her head to gently nudge Alexis. Even after Nadya had saved Alexis from the hunters she knew the little fox was capable of much more...she only needed a little push. However, Nadya's push varied far differently than Frost's method. The young woman's method tended to be more in confidence as she had tried to do with the shopping. Confidence could bring just as much power as fear. In those aspects she would disagree with Frost.
Nadya highly doubted Frost was doing any of the talking. Rumors such as the ones Alexis spoke of tended to be from loose tongues of Weres that have nothing better to do. Alexis' answer still didn't exactly answer her question completely but Nadya wasn't going to press. What was done is done. "I appreciate your concern. I don't seek him out though." It was true that any interaction with Frost was due to his stalker nature. He would simply appear. Nadya lightly placed one paw on Alexis' back. She would never be mad at her friend for expressing her concerns. They were valid concerns after all which even her brother had iterated to her.
The mention of the twins though ruffled more hair, hardening her gaze slightly. Nadya preferred the difficult subject of the stallion rather than the subject of being separated from her children. It wasn't Alexis' fault for being curious though. "Micah and Isabel live with my parents and I get them on the weekends. Tobias took them out of the house on his own and they were all attacked by hunters. My brother and I found them but not before Micah was seriously injured; that is what Frost helped heal him from." Her muscles tensed at the memory of just how close she had come to losing them. "My brother wanted me at the Ark but I didn't trust Tobias around them anymore and I didn't trust the safety of the Ark for them either. So they are there, in a proper house with a proper pack to raise them. They are thriving and that's all the matters." Nadya glanced back at the small canine. She felt dead inside without her children but it was necessary to both ensure their safety and proper upbringing and fulfill her spot in the Ark. "Perhaps the next full moon you could come and meet them. The Ark is closed from fights and I think they'll be ready for a trip to the forest now so will ask my brother to take us."
