The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Samantha truly had thought that there was little about Raven that would surprise her at this point, and yet the words that the wolf offered her certainly caused her head to snap up in confusion. On one hand, she was relieved that Raven seemed to have no concern over the dismal size of her pack, but it was the mention of Dorian that had her attention held. "I did not know that you have met Dorian," The Fae girl said warily. She trusted Raven entirely, just as she trusted Dorian, and yet she could not deny the protective nature by which she regarded the Fae man. He was perhaps the person she cared about the most aside from Aiden, and his inability to navigate the modern world had her continually worried about him. It was true he got better with every passing day, and yet still she worried so. "I'm sorry if he like... called you a prostitute or anything..." She girl said sheepishly. "We're still working on that." She offered the woman a smile. "But he is kind. He is... my best friend. He's the one I trust the most."
It was the mention of that growing relationship between herself and Aiden that had the girl pausing. She hadn't considered what it would be like as their relationship progressed. To the girl, they were merely a girl and a boy. But to everyone else they would see the Faerie Queen and the Were King. "We haven't talked about it," Samantha said honestly as she regarded the woman, reaching up to twirl a lock of her hair around her fingers. "I wouldn't interfere with his pack. I know how... hard he has worked for it." She let out a breath. "However, he will always have a place within my own monarchy. He is my boyfriend, and I would hope that if it came down to it, anyone in my monarchy would listen to him as they would listen to me."
It was perhaps not the answer the girl was looking for, and yet Samantha found she hardly knew exactly how it would work out. The supernatural world was still entirely new to her, as was the very idea of being a queen or ruling over anyone. She loved it, and yet she found herself entirely over her head. "And of course, his pack has all of my loyalty. If you were in trouble, I would do everything within my power to help you." She shrugged once more. "I don't know where Aiden stands on the matter. We haven't discussed it. I suppose if it comes down to it, we absolutely will."
It was in complete sincerity that the girl inquired about the pack and the full moon. As the twins' babysitter, she had heard Nadya fretting about it for the better part of the week - though she was sure that it would be fine. The almost robotic voice that Raven replied in had Samantha nearly faltering in her step. "You're not... what?" It was a complete surprise that she wasn't allowed near the twins. Raven was perhaps the most responsible person in the world, and truly Samantha had been surprised that Nadya hadn't chosen Raven as the twins' caretaker. "I'm sorry, I know it isn't my place to say, but I think that is ridiculous." The faerie queen allowed herself to be ushered into the bookstore, though internally she was still questioning everything that Raven had just told her. It made no sense that she wouldn't be allowed around the twins. None at all.
"Did Aiden tell you that you couldn't be around them? I can talk to him... because that's ridiculous. You're one of the kindest people I know. You'd allow no harm to come to those babies..." She flashed her blue eyes up to the woman, concern filling them. She looked away after only a moment, her fingers reaching out to touch the spine of a few of the books on the shelves. "That doesn't make sense, Raven."
