The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya Tetradore
Nadya's gaze narrowed slightly at her brother as he called into question her being cheap over the twin's safety. "Forgive me dear brother for believing you could wield a screwdriver as well as you do your teeth." She rolled her eyes with a soft sigh. The sound of things breaking due to Tobias wasn't a new sound but it was still annoying. And they said babies and pets were why you couldn't have nice things; obviously those people have never met Tobias. Her frustrated gaze turned on the deviant as he bounded with ease down the stairs to settle beside Aidan. The pair had always been attached at the hip even as children so the fact that Tobias settled right back into that position when they found Aidan wasn't surprising. It did however make it difficult for the man-child to listen to anyone else besides her brother.
The young woman could only purse her lips when Aidan scolded her at her loss of temper at Tobias. There was a certain amount of fight she resisted her brother with being his blood but with some things, the tone in his voice triggered that pack bond that had her relenting to his position as Alpha. His word was final. Nadya stood quietly comforting her distressed daughter while watching Aidan take over explaining the outlet covers in a way that Tobias could understand. Call it whatever he wants at least it got done.
"Yes, Tobi, you won." Nadya eyed the man curiously. There wasn't much more that could be baby proofed around the arena area besides the sockets and the gates to prevent tumbles down the stairs. The spacing between the railings of the walkways were concerning, though affixing the extra bar between the current ones wasn't a task she thought Tobias capable of doing without breaking the fixture. Though, there was another task that he could help with while she helped her brother with the gate. "Tobi, here, look at this." Nadya set Izzy back down in the large playpen before moving over to the table where the twin's diaper bag was. She pulled out two small containers of pear pieces and a plastic baby fork. "The twin's are going to cry soon if they don't get fed. You don't like that sound do you? So, here, do this..." She stepped into the playpen, crouching down in front of the twins and opened up both containers, feeding first Izzy a small piece then Micah. "This jar is for Izzy," She handed it over to Tobi, "And this one is for Micah." She handed over the second jar with the plastic fork and eyed the man. "If you feed them and they don't cry then I will give you....10 cookies, one for each of your fingers. Deal?"
It was worth a shot to see if he could accomplish feeding the twins. It was much different than when she had tried teaching him how to hold a bottle to feed them. Hopefully it would work. There was hesitation in her movement as she left the twins in Tobias' questionable care to join her brother back with the gate. "I'm trying you know....it's not easy after what happened." She muttered to her brother softly as she took to holding the gate in place and handing him the screws needed to affix it.
