The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It did not occur to her that the car door would be open for her to enter in. The docile woman was accustomed to opening the door for others, especially her mate, and it didn't bother her on bit. So, it was reasonable for the werewolf to be shocked to see her companion so easily walk over to the other side of the car and open the door for her. The movement of this action seemed fluid, as if he had done this so many times for her. Happily she nestled into the seat, taking the bottom of her dress with her. As Tobias drove the car out of the West she leaned back for a moment, closing her eyes and inhaling the smell of new air, eyes reopening and sliding over to her companion. Is this what she would have been accustomed to had Tobias been like this all along? Would he always be placing her first? Raven wasn't used to be treating, well special, and it was so very unfamiliar to her. As much as she appreciated these sweet, subtle gentlemen gestures, the woman was just grateful that he always treated her well and wanted to remain at her side. There were times when she wished for this side of him would come out, when she was troubled or wished to have a conversation. Yet, she would remain patient, telling herself to speak of what troubles her when he comes back, when they had time. However, why would she spend the rare amount of time they had together with topics that troubled her so? It would be selfish and cruel, he should enjoy his moment of freedom and control.
His response to her command to keep his eyes on the road was met with an audible soft huff. Blue-grey eyes slid over to him, a small smile drew the corner of her pink lip upwards, the girl clearly teasing him. After all, Raven wasn't one that gave any sort of order that would be heeded by her deviant. How amazing it was to give an order, and it actually be followed. Raven was living on a rare high. Stealing presents without getting caught, and giving her stubborn mate an order that he complied, was shocking! When they finally made it to his destined location, she slipped out of the car after he opened it, content to look at the city skyline. Raven couldn't help but giggle as her mate held her in his arms. Easily she nuzzled the side of his neck, inhaling his clean scent, finding it intoxicating rather than atrocious. It was rare to be so close to Tobias and not inhale such an ungodly rancid scent. Oh she was being spoiled! As they sat together on the hood of the car, she allowed him to wrap his arm around her, leaning into him as he drew her closer, not bothered at all by the fact he wished to hold her in such a possessive way. She felt protected, wanted, and safe next to him in this way. There was no immediate threat around them, and it did not matter, all that mattered was that he was treating her in such a way that reminded her she was his and his alone. Playfully she rolled her eyes, one hand lifting to sink her fingers into his dark hair, blue-grey eyes meeting dark gold. Her tone was light, cheerful as she responded impishly.
She had been told, many times, that she deserved someone far better than Tobias. All everyone saw was the boy with an ill-temper and inability to speak or act like a normal functioning male in society. No one had taken the time to see that he was capable of being kind, responsive, and good-natured. She overheard the whispered gossip of the patrons within the Ark, telling one another she could do better. When she went out in public with her companion, doing whatever he wished, she noticed the judgmental eyes staring at her with sympathy and disapprovingly. They didn't see him like she did. She saw someone that was mistreated by others, trapped within himself, wanting to belong somewhere and be accepted. Raven saw this far easier than others, because it was how she felt every day. Truly, Raven felt that Tobias could have done so much better than her. He could have found someone that was just as carefree, loose, and slightly a little crazy. Someone that was cut from the same cloth, someone that was willing to do every single crazy thing that popped into his crafty mind. Yet he stayed. Always he stayed at her side, being patient and showing her what she was missing out on. He was saving her from herself, and in a way, she was doing the same for him. Eagerly she continued to kiss him, truly giving the meaning to 'make out point.' As she lifted her lips off his own, and softly admitted her hindrance, she waited ever so patiently for his response. As he tucked one golden-brown curl behind her ear, she allowed him to press his lips against her own, chuckling softly as she responded gently.
Always he was in control and she willingly allowed it. Truly she meant it though. With the death of Tetradore it made the woman realize that life was indeed short. For so long she had felt trapped and alone. For once she was willing to start taking leaps of faith rather than assured safe steps. When she died would she be able to look back on her life and say she truly had lived? As his hands rested softly against her hips, a wide grin appeared, as she felt the man lift her up and settle her in his lap. It was not surprising that she could actually feel him feel a bit constrained, they were indeed becoming far more enwrapped with one another. Once again his possessive nature was taking control and she was pleased, as she leaned into him as his arms tightened around her waist. Her own arms wrapped around his neck, as some fingers stroked the back of his neck in a slow fashion. A grin appeared on her scarred face as he nuzzled into her neck, shifting it slightly so he had more room to do as he pleased. His lips tickled the old marks that resembled his own teeth, from where he had claimed her over...and over again. As his lips pressed into her jaw, she couldn't help but close her eyes as she felt his whisper heat her skin, his teeth so teasingly nipping her lobe. Gradually she lifted one hand and stroked it gently at the side of his face, while she purposefully leaned into him. Softly she began to kiss the corner of his lips, sliding the kisses down to his own jaw line, her teeth gently nipping the skin as she trailed down his neck. Both hands would slide to his chest, as she gently grabbed the top of his jacket, pulling him closer to her, as her forehead touched his own. Her cheeks were bright pink at the heated activity they were participating in. One eyebrow was raised, as she took a softly inhaled and exhaled her breath. A teasing smirk appeared on her face, as she pressed a hard kiss against his lips, drawing slowly away as her eyes dared to meet his own, her tone lowered, as she gently encouraged him on.
She paused for a moment, blue-grey eyes looking into his golden eyes, finding a tinge of dark black that belonged to his other side. His patience was appreciated and would continue to be needed, because Raven could only go so far so fast. However, she was ready for Tobias to break each lock on her chains and help set her free. The chains was loosening and she could feel the weight slowly become light. True to her word, Raven was finally ready to let go and allow herself to be free.
