West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

The were-king was well aware of that nearly baffled glimpse upon the were girl's features. The woman head clearly never considered how to master his ring, much less likely ever thought that she would find herself within the depths of it. Perhaps she should have thought of such things before seeking to so eagerly insult him with those attempts at wit. Still, he knew well the souls that so surrounded him desired a show more then anything. They came here not only for the attempt to prove themselves but, also, for the entertainment he so provided. In that effort, simply exercising his role as Alpha and Owner of the Ark was not enough, he had to provide the woman with a sizeable chance to win. Casually, he called out just enough to remind her of those large heavy hooves she held - the perfect sort of weapon for blunt damage. That look she seemed to provide him with suggested that this knowledge was entirely useless to her and yet, he was willing enough to wait and see if she'd put them to some use against those large, spiraled horns. His gaze shifted from the girl to that ram as the man dug into the ground only to propel himself forward with his head lowered.

He watched as she danced around the creature, the man slamming into those ropes whilst hands so reached out to eagerly push him back into the fray. He seemed to shake off that momentary stun, much to the amusement of the crowd at large and yet, simply side stepping the creature certainly wasn't going to be enough to ensure Calliel won tonight's fight. He watched as she seemed to eye her hooves, that lightbulb within her head near painfully obvious as she made her way towards the ram, striking out upon his skull with one heavy hoof. He went down easily enough, that fall and subsequent nudging on his frame caused Tetradore's eyebrows to raise. Oh come now, he knew the ram had far more left in him than just that. He watched as the young woman stepped away and yet, his gaze fluttered quite quickly back to the fallen creature, staring at him with a certain sort of intenseness as, slowly, the animal climbed to his feet. That's much better. He watched silently as the Ram moved towards that equine, those hooves slamming neatly into her back leg, felling her with the same ease she had done him but moment's prior.

Unlike that Ram, however, she was all too quick to climb back to her feet, only this time the woman was far less willing to simply play games. He could see well the way her whole body seemed to shift, her ears laced back, her teeth bared, her muscles tense. Yes - this was the part of her he wanted to see. She threw herself upwards as that ram charged at her, the crowd clearly reacting to what it knew would be the apex of this relatively short battle. He was hardly surprised, really, when her hooves collided into the beast, rather, it was that continual smash of her feet into the ram's side, however, that caught the man off guard. Interesting, he hadn't expected her to embrace that wild side so easily. His eyebrows rose as her gaze turned towards his emerald eyes and, slowly, his head bobbed in acceptance. A simple flick of his wrist was all that was necessary before several of his staff members rushed out into that ring with potions in hand, clearly intending to set the Ram back to the state he had been before that fight. Tetradore himself reached for that bond of the girl's animal, so tugging at that creature just hard enough to see those equine bones collapse into that normal human flesh. He watched as she shifted again, one of his staff members handing her that same colored potion on the completion of that shift - something to heal any sort of wounds within her leg that might have persisted.

It was only once they were done that Tetradore lifted those ropes for her. "I believe I owe you a drink, What do you want?" He inquired, his emerald eyes entirely set upon her. That recognition of her winning was subtle and yet, it was perhaps the only acknowledgement she would receive from him. Tetradore was hardly the type to hold someone's hand or to be encouraging in any fashion. Those words of praise were hard earned from the man and she had not yet successfully done enough to deserve that simple sentence. What she did deserve, however, was booze, and quite a lot of it.
