West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The young witch did not particularly enjoy that growing sensation that so provoked the hair upon the back of her neck to raise. She was being stalked. That ghastly woman had not been wrong and what was worse, she hated to admit that. The female ducked into a nearby alleyway, her umbrella coated with that ice, compacting and thickening around it to create some sort of weapon if it was so required of her. Her lips pressed together in a hard line as she edged towards the entrance of that alley, simply watching and waiting for that man in that duster that her dead friend had so spotted. It hardly took long before that man came into her view, pausing at that entryway with his back to her, all the while searching those streets with his eyes for her petite frame. Serafina hardly hesitated in that moment, reaching forward for his collar to drag him into that alleyway, using that momentum to 'toss' the man as best as she was capable against the opposite wall of her. Those words fell abruptly from her lips, at least, until she realized she recognized the face that she was confronted with. She hardly expected that weapon that so flared to life within his fingers or the way he slammed her smaller frame into the wall behind her, pushing all the air out of her lungs at the impact and yet, Serafina hardly believed that he would actually hurt her. She knew that man, even if he left her for several years.

That press of that dagger against her skin made her swallow and yet, Serafina hardly moved. Rather, the girl's grey colored eyes simply stared at the man in front of her, focusing on her breaking in an effort to move that tender flesh of her neck as little as possible whilst she so awaited for...well....something. She watched as he stared down at her with hollow eyes, that gentle repetition of his name upon her lips so seemed to prompt a sort of remembrance within the man. She watched as he blinked away that nightmare that lived behind his eyes, that clarity rushing back into him as his gaze refocused upon her. Her eyebrows furrowed as she stared at the man in front of her, watched as he drew an audible breath into his lungs, that blade vanishing at the recognition that crossed his features. Her own hand reached up to that tender flesh upon her neck, that press of that blade had been far too much pressure for her comfort. She watched as his arms fell to his side, another soft breath taken before he uttered with a certain sort of somberness in that husky baritone voice. How long had it been since she'd heard that sweet sound? Since she'd heard that voice form the syllables of her own name?

No - he had left her. Left her to her own devices with her maker, entirely alone. A scowl crossed his features as he insisted that he could have killed her, her gaze torn away from the man as her arms crossed over her chest. "I doubt that." She muttered in response. Her grey tinged gaze slowly shifted back towards him at the sound of that Irish accent, that mischievous sound of his voice caused her eyes to roll ever so slightly. "I'm sure you don't." She uttered, unwilling to give into that playful demeanor yet. After all, Serafina found herself unable to help that anger that rolled in the depths of her. It hurt when he'd left her. Even though she now had Azrael, she still found difficulty in simply ignoring that past. He seemed keen, all the same, to simply avoid that inquiry altogether, much less those unspoken questions that surely assaulted her thoughts after all of this. Where had he gone? Why had he returned? Why now? And furthermore, why was he stalking her? What had he hoped to gain from all of this? Her lips pressed together as he spoke once again and yet, those words he offered her hardly satisfied the young woman in the slightest.

"Uh huh...." She spoke, with a clearly dubious tone to her voice, her gaze eyed him for a moment before she lifted that umbrella, using the blunted tip of the top to poke the man in the chin. "Then why were you standing outside of my shop for two hours, huh? Don't think I didn't notice you there." Serafina, it seemed, was hardly as willing to let him off the hook as he was to simply bypass the ordeal entirely. She was oblivious to that pain that scorched through his flesh as a reminder of that world he'd left. Hell, Serafina was near oblivious to most of those thoughts that filtered through his head. What she was aware of, however, was that shiver that wracked her lithe frame at that given moment, a small frown crossing her lips. Those few moments without the protective cover of her umbrella was quickly leaving the girl soaked and rather uncomfortable. "Ugh, I guess if you're going to follow me anyways, you might as well follow me back home. You owe me answers, Brennan. A shit ton of them....and I'm cold." That admittance at the end came out more like a near pathetic whine as she stepped away from that brick wall, stepping more into the man in the process. The girl turned, turning away from him to let that umbrella open once again. "Are you going to come?" Serafina inquired, glancing over at him.
