The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

That explanation of an ocelot so managed to see his head raise in curiosity, those lashings of dark hair falling into his gaze as his mates attempts to offer him the word that so went with that small, spotted cat that had only moments ago stood against them within that ring. His ability to perceive new words was perhaps debatable, the boy as often remembering them as he did forget, his gaze shifting back to peer outside and towards that crowd as if searching his thoughts in as much the same way for the image of that cat. Small cat. Tiny Leopard. Like him. This comparison to himself so readily seemed to see his head nod at last, the boy so delighting in but anything that had to do with himself before his attention returned to his mate then, the press of that kiss readily seeming to delight him in much the same way. That purr rose easily within his throat in simple response to that gesture, that kiss readily deepened then, Tobias entirely desiring that further physical contact in a way he never did from any other before that hand rose to rest on his chest. That young man leaning readily away then, the boy having come to understand readily just what such a gesture meant as her other hand rose suddenly to her head. It was a curious gesture and yet one the Leopard had, slowly, begun to recognise. Those beings that existed within that world around him so often tended to touch those places they were hurt, his ability to observe, it seemed, having so at last managed to formulate into some kind of knowledge. A knowledge that was only further assured as the woman nodded.
His own hand lifted upward, Tobias so clearly intending to touch his girlfriend before the curly-haired woman stood abruptly upward, his own hand readily withdrawn then, her movements faster and far sharper then he had come to anticipate from her. So much of his ability to perceive others, after all, came from that knowledge of the way they moved, spoke or held themselves. Birdie's actions within that singular moment far from that which he had come to identify as her. That confusion readily tainting his features then before the woman strode off and out of that room. Tobias scrambling to follow after her. His own dark gaze lingered upon her then as she moved to leap onto that table, snatching the steak from in front of another man before proceeding to inhale it in a fashion Tobias himself so often did, the deviants head tilting once more in some measure of confusion. At least until that man proceeded to shout at his mate, the boy veritably bristling as his own bare feet carried him forward, one hand seizing the man easily to hoist him upright and away from his girlfriend with relative ease. Tobias unwilling to tolerate anyone, male or female, shouting at his own companion. The boy disliking that perceived aggressiveness, that dominance within himself readily flaring then as Birdie snickered, his own lips pulling upward in response to that sound as that other man was all but dropped and left to scurry away.
His own dark eyes rested upon that steak then, watching as Birdie continued to tear at it, that confusion and curiosity turning readily within him then. Her behaviour was....unusual, different, unique from what he had come to expect from her, his mind so struggling to place those actions when they were so often the very actions she refused to tolerate from himself. Birdie was, after all, the veritable caregiver of that pack, the one so keeping the others in line, setting those boundaries and providing that simple structure for what was and was not allowed. Tobias having come to.....rely upon her in some fashion. The way in which she broke those rules now decidedly....new to the boy. His own hand reached forward for that steak, the Leopard so intending to take it from her only to be met with those bared teeth, his hand pulled back in surprise. His mate so never before having bared her teeth at him. His mind struggling to formulate this new pathway of understanding, searching for some way in which to respond before his own feature frowned. The boys posture shifting to mimic the way Raven had stood so many times before as his hands settled on his hips, his features shifted into a look of...judgemental disapproval.
"Birdie....not....show teeth. We are not supposed....to do that."
He was sure of this. Mostly. His features shifting into that frown he had seen Birdie wear more than once when talking to himself, that reaction so seeming to fail to achieve one within the woman herself as she leapt from that table. That lanky deviant hurrying to follow once more as she shoved aside those people, Tobias hardly caring for them in the slightest. His ability for empathy decidedly limited, his attention fixated instead upon his mate and that inability to perceive why she was not acting as herself. His own features frowned once more as she suddenly leapt up and over that bar, surprise seeing his head tilt again before his mat moved to grasp at those bottles, sending them crashing to the floor. He remembered that sound. His mind seizing upon it with gusto now. Crash and break and crash and break and fire......all the fire. What remained of those fragmented memories of Risque's bar burning to the ground seeing the boy rush suddenly forward. His mind so having connected both those events. Tobias so fearing that fire might, somehow, embrace the Ark itself. His ability to understand where fire came from decidedly limited. The boy simply understanding that destruction that had come from it and too- Tobias entirely aware of just how displeased Tetra would be with those broken bottles. Alcohol was...valuable. Tobias hardly understanding as such, more so, he simply understood Tetradore's disdain whenever one was broken. Those shouting staff members only further agitating him as his own lanky figure easily swung over the bar, the boy grasping at several of those bottles that remained unbroken, scooping them up and placing them frantically back on those shelves.
The sudden spray of water and the shriek of those patrons readily saw his head jerk sideways, Tobias scowling at that hose he so disliked, that liquid seeing the boy shift in disdain. Confusion once more tracing every line of his figure at just why his companion was behaving in such a manner. He had never seen his Birdie play with that water tap before, the deviant himself unwilling to approach her now despite several of those staff members and patrons shouting at him to do just that. Tobias seeming to waver as Birdie soaked yet another unsuspecting guest, that crowd becoming readily agitated.
"Birdie! Not....do that. Stop."
Whether or not the woman had even heard him remained to be seen, Tobias glancing briefly upward at those shelves and the wall behind, the gangly deviant so suddenly beginning to....slink along that wall the moment the young woman's attention was no longer upon him. His disdain for that water so assured he kept his distance and yet his form so slowly prowled its way around and behind her. That Hunters instinct so readily engaged, searching for that pattern in her movements before the boy suddenly leapt from behind. His arms sweeping around her to pull her against him then, his hands grasping that hose and tugging her fingers from the pull trigger. The man so attempting to hold her within his arms in a manner almost.....restraining as that hose finally shut off. The boy attempting to pry it from her entirely as several people felt the need to cheer.
"Not for.....playing. Tetra....will be mad....at you. He is always mad when....things get...broken. Birdie....break all the.....things. Maybe.....not even get dinner."
That threat of Tetra being mad, surely, might be enough to stop her. Tobias keeping his arms around her still.
"I will...not let.....Birdie go....until Birdie is not...hosing people."
madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
