West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It wasn't that hard for Tetradore to be considered a good Alpha in her eyes. The man accepted her into his fold when he didn't have to. After she attacked him and his ex-girlfriend, he could have shoved her into some cramp quarters within the Ark and locked her away. Hell he could have exiled her! When he came back that night after months of being dead he didn't belittle her for not believing he said who he was. It had taken a lot of time and a bit of silly tests for the lupine to believe, without question, that the man before her was indeed Tetradore. She never told anyone about his promise to take her out again, so that was one point in his favor, but she wanted to be sure. Throughout the weeks of his return she would slip in a few different tests that she only knew, asking small insignificant questions that mattered a great deal to her. He had passed with flying colors! Raven was not like her mate. She couldn't just fall in line and believe that the green-eyed man that appeared just like their formerly deceased Alpha was truly him. Raven was loyal, perhaps to a fault, but she wasn't one to follow blindly, unlike her spotted companion. She still had no idea how he was capable of coming back to them. Did he fight off Death himself? Maybe it was best she didn't know.

Gripping his hand firmly, she leaned into his side for support, as he whisked them away. This was only the second time they had used this mode of transportation, and she still wasn't accustom to it. As soon as they appeared within the park, she took a step back from him, letting go his hand as she looked around. Her eyes squinted as she attempted to get use to the bright sunlight, but once her vision adjusted, her eyes widen in sheer delight at the amazing views she saw. Inhaling deeply she caught onto the sweet taste of simple, pure fresh air. It's a bit funny, she thought, but she could actually feel herself changing, as if whatever weight that existed on her shoulders in Sacrosanct were completely gone. Here within the meadow she felt free. Here the birds were chirping, the wind was blowing, and everything here seemed quite peaceful. For a moment the lupine went still, simply enjoying the moment, until it was those soft uttered words that caught her attention. Home. This place didn't smell like home. There was absolutely nothing here that reminded her of Sacrosanct, but before she said anything she turned around, seeing a pensive look on his face.

He never mentioned anything about his home, in fact, he never really mentioned anything quite personal to her before. A shy smile was given to him letting him be, as she looked back at the scene. It was the chuckle that caught her off guard again, her head tilting to the side at the use of a different name. Softly she blew air from her nose, hardly believing at all that she would lose to him. She was built not just for speed, but for endurance. She was capable of running for a longer period of time. Short length races she would lose, because she didn't have that quick sprint. But if the race had a long length then she would win without question. Hell even if she was in her much larger form, with longer legs she would cover more ground. Raven was determined to prove him wrong. Compared to the others in the pack she was the weaker animal. She couldn't win at pouncing, couldn't win at pinning someone down, she couldn't win at climbing trees. Winning a race was something she could do...and no one could take that chance away from her. Her eyes would roll at the audacity she would cheat was absurd. Just because she was Tobias' mate didn't mean that his ill traits would rub off her. Her moral compass was hardly broken, that arrow constantly pointing north, without a hint of wavering. With a laugh she shook her head, as her golden-brown curls bounced.

"You honestly believe I'd cheat? You should know me better than that."

Teasingly she stuck her tongue at him as she got ready to shift, until she realized they weren't truly alone. With all the other people here there was no way they could change. With everyone walking towards one direction, it didn't hurt to follow along. Gently she took his hand letting him follow as they went along. It would seem he did a very good job bringing them along the path towards the world known geyser. Happily she rattled off some of the interesting facts about the geyser, her eyes searching for his reaction on his face. Usually she couldn't depict his emotions or what he was thinking. Seeing a quick look of surprise was enough to make her grin, quite satisfied with his reaction. She nodded once as if to assert her facts. Taking them far from the crowd, standing along the edges, she could see he appeared a tiny bit more comfortable. That deadpan remark was spot on. Giggling she voiced aloud her own assumption, thinking that both of them would be correct.

"I was thinking more like screams, you know if someone got burned by the scalding water, or running away. They say one day this geyser is supposed to blow up, we're actually standing on a super volcano, they say it could blow today, tomorrow, or even hundreds of years from now."

Her eyes would move in the direction of the geyser, noticing steam began to shoot out around it. While the crowd began to shout she leaned into her Alpha quite unsure with it. It was silly of course, the water would shoot straight up, and they were far enough away to not get burnt, but what if this was...it. What if today was the day the super volcano would blow. Hopefully Tetradore could whisk them away should such a devastating and terrifying event occur. The ground would shake slightly and then suddenly a burst of scorching hot water burst into the sky. Her mouth would drop in awe as she watched the water fly up high with the steam surpassing it, and suddenly falling back to the ground. With a grin she looked up at her Alpha, looking to see if he was perhaps over a little display from Mother Nature. As the crowd began to slowly file out, some taking last minute photos, the lupine spoke of softly with a humorous note in her tone.

"Tobias would freak out if he saw that...he'd believe water would burst out of the ground anywhere."

Raven was quite assured that Tetradore wouldn't be insulted or upset that she would tease about her mate. If anything he would probably join in. Looking around she noticed that there was hardly anyone left within the area, but there was a sign with a map on it. Curiously she headed in that direction, looking over the map with images of what destination could be met at the end of the trail. There far too many things to do and see! It wasn't possible they could see them all! They could see the mountains, head over to the waterfalls, see the lakes, visit the meadows and valleys...possibilities were endless. Standing there for a few minutes Raven was stuck, quite unsure if she would select the right place to go to. After all she was enjoying the trip, but she wanted her Alpha to enjoy it too. She wanted to be a good pack member.
