The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.
There was not a doubt within the were-King's mind of the intelligence of his companion. Though Tobias was often misunderstood, short-tempered, and impatient, somewhere within the depths of that head was a man who was vastly more capable than the world often regarded him. Tetradore had quite near mastered that art of teaching his companion, using terms he new the boy would understand to compare those complicated topics to. It was somehow important that Tobias learned how to drive, even if the boy himself was only interested in racing those sports cars they owned down the busy streets of that metropolis. One day, he'd get there but for now Tetradore was content if they could simply get in a circle around that race track with some understanding of lanes. It was surely an ambitious goal and yet, was Tetradore not anything but ambitious in everything he did? Not to mention, he'd certainly love the look on Raven's face when she discovered not only what he'd taught Tobias but too that his best friend and her mate was capable of performing that task even she surely thought would be beyond him. He was aware of the boy's own limited concentration and yet, he near demanded the entirety of it today, encouraged by that promise that if he listened, he would be allowed to drive.
It was only once Tetradore was certain of Tobias' understanding of those basic mechanics that he reached over to pull the seatbelt over his frame, the man mentally preparing himself for that drive ahead of him. He was entirely certain this would not be a smooth drive, the man even further assured that the chance of that car remaining unscratched was likely low. It was that very reason he'd taken the boy out to someplace that was rather...empty and yet he eyed those large metal airplane enclosures in the distance. Dear God, he hoped they didn't somehow run into those. It was with a deep steadying breath that he rested his hand on that gear shifter, the man instructing his companion to place his foot on the break before he shifted it into gear. It was silly, really, and yet a part of him almost expected that car to explode with that simple change in gear. It was relieving that they still sat there, his friend waiting for instructions. He paused a moment before suggesting Tobias place his foot on that gas, ever so gently. He was aware of that glee on Tobias features as that car slowly creeped forward before the boy placed his foot on the gas, that car suddenly lurched forward in a way that surprised the both of them.
That vehicle near slammed to a stop, that seatbelt cutting tightly into his chest as his friend declared that car a bitch for misjudging that gentleness required. His own had near clung to that handle on the passenger side door, not that it would surely make a difference. It was after a moment of breath, the were-King suggested he try again, this time, gentler than before. This time - the vehicle moved smoothly forward as that car slowly increased in speed, the car quickly beginning to do circle after circle on that runway as Tobias learned of his ability to turn the wheel. Tetradore reached over after several circles, quickly straightening that car back out as he attempted to teach his best friend of the concept of lanes, hoping that the simple fact of those lines was enough to prompt Tobias' interest in them. That vehicle suddenly driving on top of that dashed line prompted a sigh from his lips as Tobias muttered in repetition those words he'd stated. The car quite suddenly weaving on both sides of that dashed line. That was certainly not what he meant.
That grin upon Tobias' features caused him to shake his head though he hardly uttered a word of it yet, instead, those emerald eyes stared at that turn ahead, entirely apprehensive of what Tobias might do once he reached that first driving article. He watched as Tobias' hands tightened on that wheel as he slowly began to turn that wheel, that press of that gas sending the car forward enough to clearly surprise his best friend and them, quite quickly, into the grass beside that landing strip. "Jesus Christ!" That exclamation left his lips only by sheer bumpiness of that vehicle on the grass and sand, his hand hands sharply reaching forward for that wheel. "Okay okay, slow down, give me the wheel." He voiced sharply, his tone distinctly loud enough to be heard over his companion's panicking. He gripped that wheel, attempting to turn it sharply in the other direction in order to prompt the vehicle to turn, the man entirely intent upon driving them back to that starting point. At the very least they hadn't crashed, a bit of off roading was still perfectly acceptable in his book as he directed the vehicle back to the road. "Put your foot on the break. We're going to do it again." He stated almost wearily, eying that road with some hesitance. This had been a good idea...right?
