The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Reading and listening to his proposal was such a whirlwind. Her emotions were wavering all over the place. He woman was enthusiastic, anxious, jubilant, sadden, moved and appreciative. Never did she imagine that she would experience such an event in her life. Marriage was not something she thought was even possible for a girl like her. There would have been no one in her pack that would have taken her in as a mate, and there was no hope that an outsider would take pity and take her. She had already accepted long ago that finding love, and marriage would never happen to get. Though it would seem she was wrong, once again. Her heart continued to pound as the she-wolf couldn't stop smiling so wide. The sleepiness she felt was long gone. Raven was wide awake! Of course she was impressed that her mate had written the question and even read it aloud! She knew Tobias was full of surprises, but this one was quite special. Perhaps they could read together, even write together. There were so many books she wanted to read to him, so many books she strongly assumed he would enjoy. Leaning over to write out her answer, she looked up at him quite proudly, as she read it aloud, allowing their fingers to gently move underneath each word. As soon as she saw that warm smile on his face Raven immediately moved her form to press against his own into a hug, kissing him gently. Why he wished to move away from her, she did not know, but she heard the sound of a dresser drawer open. Her head would turn around to see one of the dresser drawers open, socks being thrown all around, as one small black box hovered over that open drawer. Blue-grey eyes widened. Every girl knew what a little black box was...every girl. The bite on her neck was official to their kind that she was taken, but a ring...well...that was a universal sign against all species that she was completely taken. She belonged to another. Of course she would release him, the woman staying sitting on the bed as her hands clutched the side of her face, giddy and shocked!
That familiar hissing, snickering sound caused the lupine to giggle enthusiastically. There was no way she was dreaming. If this was a dream she would be devastated. As her handsome companion walked towards her with the small black box in his hand, she pinched herself, assuring that she was not dreaming at all. That look of confusion on her face was answered by an encouraging small smile, her hands lowering into her lap, fiddling with her fingers in a nervous manner. She already said yes to his proposal, but she was still anxious...it was silly, but cute in a way. The lupine couldn't help, but giggle softly as her mate began to balance himself on one foot, his leg bending, as he extended the box to her. It would appear that the boy wasn't rehearsed on the proper way to propose, and yet she was delighted to see he wasn't doing the normal way. Her spotted companion was unique and this gesture just proved it. Taking the box from him slowly, she opened the box to reveal her engagement ring. Blue-grey eyes widen quite impressed to see that not only was it a true diamond ring, but it was quite exquisite. Her thumb would gently rub over the small diamonds that traced over the infinity twisting band. She would tilt the box slightly, as the lightning flashed its light illuminating the blue-colored diamond. The beauty of the ring was the simplicity of the design, impressed with how the small diamonds decorated the white-gold metal. The blue diamond reminded the woman of her own eyes, impressed to see how the stone seemed to change color underneath the limited light, assuring it would change more should they bring more light into the room. Even though she was ready to place that ring on her finger she knew this particular job still had to be done. Though her dial would tilt to the side impressed that he had not even stole it. She wouldn't have thought less of him if he did, but she was awestruck that he actually bought the ring. It was a sign the boy was growing up, becoming an honorable man.
She would hand the box over to her mate. Extending her arm and hand to him, one index finger moving to point to her ring finger on her left hand, indicating that this was the finger he needed to slide the ring on. Raven by no means wanted to ruin this extraordinary moment for the two of them, letting him take control, letting him dictate what they do, only gently guiding him in the right direction. The girl not aware she was holding her breath, waiting anxious for the final movement on this tradition, sealing the deal, and layering a new bond together.
