The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The surprise that so etches its way into Tetradore's features, has Vhalla grinning broadly at the man. There was a time when she couldn't sneak up on him and here she was, merely sitting next to him without a single glance in her direction until she spoke. Head tilting to the side, she studies his face, he seemed... tired. The smile falls from her lips but her eyes remain bright as she continues to watch the were-King, even as he agrees with her. The apology that so escapes Tet's lips has her eyes widening in surprise, not once had the man ever apologized to her for anything, and here he was, apologizing to her for being moody.
The assassin is tempted to comment on it but as he finishes his statement, her brows draw inwards, a frown adorning her own features for the moment. It was such a vulnerable statement, she almost didn't want to comment on it, but Tetradore had fought for her, even when she wanted nothing more for him to hate her; ignore her. In that moment, she wasn't certain he had meant to say it, to allow those difficulties of his life to escape his lips but she would stay, and she would fight for him. "What happened?" she murmurs quietly, concern lingering in her icy eyes.
As she chews on the cold food, she winces at the blandness of it, "This is disgusting," she says but reaches for another parcel of food, munching on it as he asks her where she's been. Her eyes brightening, she finishes chewing before letting her hands settle on the bar, "Everywhere," she breathes, a bit of excitement coating that single word. Her memories wash over her, remembering her travels she so delighted in and even the mention of Ivan's name doesn't dull that sparkle that so dances in those blue eyes of hers.
Giving him a small nod, she turns back to the man next to her, "He did... I haven't been able to work out how to get away from him yet," she winces as she can feel that insistent tug in her abdomen telling her to say no more. "I traveled the world, Tet," she breathes again though her eyes go a bit somber at the cost of traveling the world, "But it wasn't just traveling I did... I still had to do his dirty work while he stayed here in Sacrosanct," she mutters, a dark spot in her memories.
With a little difficulty, she manages to shove it away, her attention returning to Tet, "I went to Ireland and London, I even spent time in Australia and China. It was incredible, though, I'm a little surprised at how many enemies Ivan has across the world," she shrugs, attempting to brush off that stain, to prevent that self-loathing to erupt across her features, yet she isn't entirely successful at staving it off. "I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye," she says suddenly, dropping her hands into her lap, "That day in Samantha's apartment â€" that's the day he sent me away. I think he knew I was with you or at least knew I was developing feelings for you," she says a bit quietly, her fierce eyes locked on Tet.
"He thought that by sending me away would distract me and it did for a while," she admits readily an apologetic grin adorning her lips, "But I realized, after a time, that traveling was nothing if you couldn't share it with someone. I thought about you a lot while I was gone. God, I hated myself that I kept thinking about you but there you were, lingering in the back of my mind," she gives a small shrug, "I thought about not seeking you out when I got back to the city, but here I am, still unable to stay away from you," she says, her voice dropping an octave, no sign of embarrassment coating her features. She would do it right this time, she would no longer hide behind her anger and self-loathing, nor would she allow that honesty to be shoved down.
