West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

"I think I may use them as my signature call card."

A wry grin appeared as the woman began to imagine that particular scenario. Her feline pack mates were capable of warning others by releasing a roar, a terrifying sound that easily instilled fear in others, a warning that whatever they were up to it was best not to do it. The lupine wasn't able to howl, so her ability to release a vocal warning was gone. However, with these vials she could easily fling them around with her telekinesis, letting those dark birds that was her namesake, flap about. Instead of a vocal appearance, hers would be a visual one, letting others know she was nearby. It was an amusing thing to think about. Of course she would have to keep the vials tucked somewhere safe and away from her spotted companion. He would be delighted in those birds too. Breaking her vials and catching those birds. It would be better if Serafina would cut her a deal on the sales and give her a percentage. However, it wasn't worth making a big fuss about it. These creations were produced by the raven-haired witch, so she deserved to have all the profit she could squeeze out of this product.

She was pleased that the lunch she prepared for the two of them was met with approval. It was not easy learning how to create these types of dishes. Of course she was rather a bit nervous on just how she was going to tell the witch her good news. It had been awhile since they last got a chance to do something together. The news that she had was something that could be shared only once and in her mind, she had to do a very good job at it. Unfortunately, Serafina was easily poking the lupine a bit to figure out just why she was coming here to begin with. Unable to keep herself quiet any longer she quickly explained to Serafina just what it was she was all excited about. Extending her hand for her to see, she spoke up softly a bit excited.

"H-he didn't steal it, he actually bought it."

It would be hard to believe that her companion had managed to do something quite civil, buying an item rather than stealing it, but it was true. The boy was quite eager to show her the receipt once she initially got over the shock of his proposal. Nodding her head in agreement after hearing Serafina's vocal approval, a small grin appeared, quite pleased to hear that Tobi didn't do so bad. As soon as Serafina vowed she would be her maid of honor and help out with the wedding, an unexplained happy sound came out of the curly-haired woman, as she reached out to hug the witch. Holding onto Serafina tightly, she squeezed the woman gently, keeping that hug as she whispered softly.

"Thank you Sera. I don't think you realize how much you mean to me."

It wasn't something they did often, hugging on to one another, or having some sort of emotional moment. It just simply wasn't them. It would be a few more seconds before the lupine would unwrap her arms from around the woman. One hand would dig into her pockets to pull out her phone. Looking down she looked for the album, and then, handed her phone over to the woman to scroll through the photos. The witch would see their engagement photos. They were both dressed well. It was actually hard to believe that her mate could be so well dressed and clean. His usual dark eyes were replaced with a golden hue. It was clear that the two of them were enamored with the other. One holding on to the other, embracing each other, or simply sitting or standing side by side. It was clear that her mate wasn't his usual self. It was rare when Raven got to see him normal, and she hoped that one day, she could introduce her witch and mate when he was sane. Returning to the meal she created, she ate a few pieces as she allowed the witch the look through the photos. Taking her phone back, once she was finished, she spoke a little bit about the idea of their wedding, clearly they would need to expand on it.

"After we took our engagement photos, we talked a little bit about the wedding. We were thinking the East Gardens. We both like the outdoors and they can have the area open during the evening and night, we'll have at least two vampires present. Tetra offered to pay for the wedding. Perhaps one day we can find a dress for you and me?"
