The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It must be an important reason if he was needing to speak to her this late. Usually once the Ark was closed and packed up for the night everyone was out cold and dead asleep. Taking a seat on the armchair she waited patiently for Henry to explain himself. It shouldn't have been a surprise that he was talking about Sterling. The need to get his Panther to accept the role that Sterling played in Henry's human life was vital, this was what she could agree with. What she couldn't agree with was that it wasn't an option for the panther to not like Sterling to be their mate. How many times did she hear from others that her other half was in the right, when Raven always believed she was in the wrong. There were times when she didn't want to let her other half loose, even when it was necessary, but she learned. She was still learning, still learning to trust it. Unsure she shrugged her shoulders a bit, giving the man a kind look, gently speaking in a concerned manner.
Raven knew very well she was stepping on unstable ground. It wasn't surprising to see the man so attached and loyal to the man he loved. He deserved someone to love him as he was. Hopefully this Sterling would stick it out with him, through the ups and downs. Both of them deserved to be happy together. She meant no harm nor insult when she attempted to curb his eagerness in thinking that he could force his other half to accept Sterling for what he was to them. Raven was just being cautious. Although if someone told her to think of the possibility of Tobias and her not working out, well, she would be a bit too defensive. Expecting the possibility of a blow up from him, she steeled herself, attempting to remain calm. Henry's comment that his panther would fear Sterling made her dial tilt to the side. Her other half was like a protector of sorts, keeping them safe should a threat arise. Did Sterling do something to Henry? Was Henry involved in an abusive relationship? Treading carefully she questioned him gently.
Leaning into the armchair out of exhaustion she gave him a dismissive shake of her head. His apology was accepted, but was not needed. Sometimes some things were just the way they are, and she doubted it would be like this forever. Everything would settle once everything new became normal.
