The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There was nothing quite so thrilling as holding that little gun, the deviant boy well versed in weapons of all kind and yet he had always taken particular pleasure in that Nerf gun if only for the fact Tetradore had gifted it to him. The shaggy-haired miscreant so eternally seeming to treasure anything his best of friends might care to give him- this one of those very gifts. Yet, whatever gratitude existed within the boy so clearly failed to progress beyond any sense of loyalty in that moment. At least, not where candy was concerned, the Leopard a decidedly cunning creature when he choice to be, the boy near sinfully capable when it came to getting just what he wanted. The candy Tetradore had searched hard to find and fill his own bucket with his current target. After all, for all he was and indeed, for all he wasn't, Tobias was hardly the fool so many believed him to be. His mind already having worked out how to play this game. Let Tetradore hunt for those coloured treats- then merely take them from Tetradore. Tobias lingered near silently outside his best friends study, the boy aware of the sounds of searching as Tetra pilfered those candies before heading for the door- this th singular moment the deviant had waited for as he sprung from behind that wall. Whatever words his companion had so been attempting to say were all but lost in that hail of Nerf gunfire. Each of those bullets aimed with a striking accuracy at Tetra's face if only to force the panther to cover his eyes and allow Tobias that chance to dart forward and snatch the candy from Tetradore's bucket to dump in his own. The barefoot bandit pivoted on his heel in near the same moment before taking off across the Ark- that hissing snicker of delight upon his lips.
He had known Tetradore would chase him. That string of profanity upon the Alpha's lips. This decidedly bold even for Tobias and yet- he had always been the faster runner in both human and animal skin- ever since they were boys. His far longer legs and leaner frame often seeing him outsprint his more muscular brother. Tobias barrelling down that hallway with Tetra in pursuit, the boy scrambling down those stairs to sprint across the battle floor and dive into that kitchen. For several moments the lanky deviant merely paused, his head tilted ever so slightly to listen for the sounds of his companion before the sight of several more of those hidden eggs caught his attention. His bare feet, silent on that polished kitchen floor, carried him easily to the nearest shelf, several more of those eggs plucked from between the pots and pans to be added to his bucket of illegally gotten loot. Tobias oblivious to the notion his own mate had near betrayed his position away, right along with Tetradore's so silently slipping into the room. That soft, sudden sound of his name seeing him near whirl in place- only to have a hard-boiled egg launched toward his head.
"Tetra!"
That cry of protest was truly all he was given the chance to offer, Tobias ducking as that egg glanced off his shoulder, another hurled in his direction a mere second later, forcing the lanky leopard to dive for cover behind that kitchen island. His red bucket left vulnerable upon that bench as Tetra disappeared entirely, Tobias already scrambling for the very bucket he knew was the other mans target. Tetradore appearing a moment later to snatch the entire bucket. Tobias own dark eyes suddenly widening.
"That is.....cheating!"
That ready growl rose within his throat in the wake of those stuttered words, Tobias lunging for Tetradore only to have the man disappear again, the deviant blinking in surprise at that empty air as his spun in place once more. His own affinity reaching for Tetradore then, seeking to locate him and just where it that room he might appear. That grin on the younger mans features decidedly playful even despite the theft off his candy. Tetradore one of the few beings Tobias so allowed to play with him in just this fashion. The boy notoriously volatile and hardly inclined to allow anyone outside off Tetra or Raven herself to engage him. Tetradore's sudden appearance outside that kitchen saw the boy sprint after him once more, only to see him reach for thin air again. Tobias, this time, content to further extend that Hunter Instinct to seek his companion before he landed and indeed to attempt to pinpoint just where that landing might be. Tobias, it seemed, locating Tetradore in just that moment the man reappeared- the deviant lunging at the same time to collide with him, sending both men toppling to the ground as Tobias tackled him around the waist- the boy attempting to hold his companion down and reach for his bucket all the same as Tetradore flailed beneath him. Tobias so attempting to grasp Tetradore's wrist and hold it to the floor so he might pry that bucket from his fingers, Tetra a decidedly strong man even when on the ground. Tobias near comically thrown about by his waving arm all the same....
