West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She was still getting used to the whole idea of being in a pack again. She kept telling herself that this wouldn't be the same as her family pack. There, she was ignored mostly unless it was less than welcome attention from her father or one fo the growing males in the pack looking to do a little humiliating to bolster their own confidence. She was like the pack's chew toy. But she would never stoop that low again. She knew Tetradore would never treat her like that and Raven was her best friend, no matter what. Everything was going so good with Alexander that some days she forgot that she even had another connection but then her mind would feel a tug and she'd have a reminder that she was no longer alone in this world. She didn't get a lot of alone time with the other members of the pack. They all seemed to enjoy their own routines so she left them to it. When Raven would allow, she would help with pack dinners or just sit at the table and read while Raven cooked, just something to keep her company.

But Alexis did want to be more involved. It was obvious that Tobias and Tetradore were close, more like actual brothers than just pack mates. They were almost always together unless Tobias was with Raven. She loved seeing them together. To others, it might seem strange how they interact with each other but Alexis only found it to be sweet and heartwarming. She knew her and Alexander would never be like that cause he was a Hunter, not a Were, but still, she envisioned a future with him in it even so. She had gotten quite comfortable in her room on the Ark. The swaying and moving was awkward at first but over time she leanred to find it soothing and it helped rock her to sleep most nights. She watched some of the fights that went on in the arena but most of the time she avoided the crowd and found other ways to entertain herself outside of the docks. She still liked to do her patrols and make sure the pack territory was safe but she hadn't spent as much time in here Were form as she would have liked more recently.

She had noticed not longer after moving onto the Ark that there was a member missing. She could only feel a faint tug when she thought about the tiger from that fateful meeting the last time she'd been in the presence of the pack. She wasn't a member then. She was sure the tiger might not have even noticed the new pack connection. Still, she could only remember with fondness how protective the tiger was over Raven at the time when she was feeling vulnerable and Alexis was always grateful for that. When the tug came again this time, she was on patrol closer to the docks so she flicked her wrist, making the bow and arrow in her hands disappear as she slipped closer to the Ark, curious and wanting to make sure everything was okay. She could see the tiger in the shadows by the dock but she didn't want to make herself known just yet. The tiger might not know she was a pack mate and she didn't want a hostile tiger to deal with.

Soon enough she heard Tetradore's call and felt the tug on her pack connection. As the panther materialized outside the Ark, she crouched and let her own bones shift until a fox stood in her place. Blinking to adjust to the nighttime, she watched as the leopard, Tobias, appeared at Tetradore's side and a large wolf, Raven, ran ahead to greet the tiger. Alexis' lips curled in a smile to see her friend so happy to see the tiger. So it must be a good homecoming, and yet Tetradore and Tobias were standing back, as if expecting something. Not wanting to isolate herself, she circled around and then trotted out of the shadows herself, standing closer to Tobias and Tetradore as she watched the exchange between Raven and the tiger, curious as to what comes next. Her ear flicked toward her alpha. He had requested her through the connection so she was sure he was okay with her being here but she had to make sure.
