West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

LIVE UNTIL WE DIE
TURN MY SOUL INTO A RAGING FIRE

Though a very useful gift, William very rarely liked to use his telepathic ability. Not only was it odd to sit and stare intently into another's eyes but he often found little valuable information in the minds of others. In the beginning of his vampire life he had found all the thoughts amusing or interesting. However, as time passed on it seemed that people either liked to think less or the thoughts he did hear were mundane or down right sad. And so he really didn't bother to dive into the mind's of others unless he really needed to find specific information. However, the gift that this girl had was quite interesting and seemed very useful. He wondered briefly how it must feel to be able to take over someone else as she had with the waitress. Was it tiring? Did she enjoy it? How did the victims of her trick feel? Yes, William had plenty of questions but now was not the time to ask them.

It was then that the girl seemed to snap him back out of his own thoughts. She was thanking him, he guessed, for his compliments. He couldn't help but chuckle lightly at her words. "Well, I wouldn't say I was full of them. If you knew me you would learn that compliments and praise are rarely something I pass out. he answered truthfully. William was not usually a praiser by any means. That was, unless it brought him his next meal.

He listened to her talk, her accent enchanting in a way that William really couldn't put his finger on. Perhaps it was just something new for him. He always enjoyed something new. A brow was raised at her words, his head tilting just slightly. I had a feeling there was more to you than what met the eye. he smiled again, this time allowing the expression to travel all the way to his bright eyes. This was the first time in awhile that he had actually been interested in the conversation he was having.

She finally introduces herself and William couldn't help but laugh a bit at her formality. "You sound like your introducing yourself to a royal court." William knew that life well and Nakomis certainly reminded him of his mortal years. It had always been about the proper language, the bowing, and the formality of everything. A little part of him missed it and this golden woman seemed to bring that little part of it with her. He liked that.

She asked him to dance then, prosing it in a valid arguement that really no one could deny. He had to think about it for a moment though. He had never really been a dancer but he could see the look in her eye and knew he couldn't say no. And so in one unnaturally quick motion he stood and moved beside her. Extending his cold hand out to her he couldn't help but flash her another wide smile. "It would be no bother at all." In fact, though he wouldn't admit it, he was somewhat excited to spend a little more time with this mystery woman. She had peaked his interest in a way that most hadn't in years. She reminded him that he wasn't the only one doomed to spend eternity here.
