The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He looked like a hot mess and that was nothing any male should be described as. Raven was well aware that the boy did not appreciate others cleaning him, like any spoiled child, and yet it was a task that needed to be done. After learning from her previous lesson, washing his hair, she had learned that if she was going to touch him she could not flinch away from fear. The pale white scar along her right hand, evidence that his teeth were indeed sharp, was her punishment for not acting assertively. Though now as she rubbed the cloth into his skin she managed to clean up some of his face, using her other hand gingerly stroke and rub his black ears. A small grin appeared as she noticed his ears lacing back with content and the boy not flinching anymore. Allowing her to step closer to him her lithe frame pressing gently against his own well-toned lanky frame. Yet it would seem this trick was short lived because as he slapped her hand that held the cloth she quickly took a step back, bringing her arms and hands safely to herself, unless he wished to bite her once more for her actions. As the boy took a step back and scowled after her inquiry about his neck, she simply took another step, one hand grabbing his hands that mimicked her gestures, squeezing it gently with reassurance. She would stand on her tip toes and gently kiss his forehead, falling slowly back down to her feet, giving him a reassuring small smile.
"I am sure you didn't mean to be bad."
It was easy for her deviant friend to fall into such ways that would cause anyone to yell at him. Though she hardly ever got after him, and the only person who ever did was Nadya, it did not occur to her it had been Tetradore that had done this to him. She had yet to find the green-eyed panther to tell him of her decision and now would seem was not the time to approach him. Especially when she looked like a Lady of the Night and his second in command looked like a Drag Queen. Whatever Tobias did she hoped he had learned his lesson, but she would not tolerate this sort of permanent punishment...no one deserved it. As he began to touch her forearm the cream she had so diligently put on began to smear away and then on him. Moving her arms away she folded them as a scowl appeared on her face.
"Why are you making my scars show Tobi...I told you...I do not like the scars."
She had worked so hard to cover them and she was not pleased that he was ruining it. As he grabbed her hand and pulled her against him, she obediently followed, unable to even try to fix herself to look proper. Reaching the salty night air she pressed closer to his side, ignoring his snorts, as she watched one male run away most likely due to their hideous sight. As the group of men began their approach, she felt his hand reach for her keeping her close to his side, and she would not move from that spot. Flinching when one male comes up from behind, slapping Tobi, she could hear Tobi's warning growls. Softly she spoke up answering his unasked question.
"They think you are a girl...because you are wearing make-up....Make-up is for girls."
As Tobi swings and knocks out the one sailor that had slapped his rear the young woman felt her arm being pulled in another direction, the man with the knife pulling her towards him. The harsh scent of the sea and dead fish overwhelmed her senses and she struggled to get lose from his grip. Yet the Leopard's hand grabbed her other armed and his pull was much harder allowing her to be free for a moment as she stood by as side, blue-grey eyes scanning the group of males that simply laughed. Seeing Tobi's teeth change and his claws slip out. Knowing full well his half-transformation should do the trick and scare the men away she relaxed, but only for a second. Yet his transformation only caused the males to drop their knives as they continued to laugh. It was then the sailors revealed just what they really were. A familiar sound of bones being crunched could be heard as the males began to shift into different forms. Behind the Tobi and Raven was a rhino and a ram, both creatures pawing the ground with their head lowered ready to charge. Yet the two males that were in front of Tobi and Raven was a massive wolf and a Siberian tiger. As the furred animals began to snarl and the horned creatures continued to paw the ground Raven had no choice but to allow her own form to change into the only skin she ever felt safe in. Quickly she began to pull the shadows towards her encasing herself and Tobias. An unknown signal was given and the horned creatures charged for Tobias while the tiger leapt for her. Snapping her teeth at him she left Tobias side, giving him room to leap, but also enough room to keep herself from being crushed by the rhino. As she shifted to her larger size a threatening growl was given as she began to attack the tiger, forgetting about the wolf that had somehow hidden in the shadows lying in wait.
