The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

While Tobias left her behind she continued to be near Regan acting as the liaison between the two obsidian cats. Though she hardly wanted to continue sticking around. Observing the Alpha and Beta she noticed a few things that made her concerned. For some reason Tetradore hardly paid any attention to Tobias, and she felt it was absolutely rude. No one had told Raven just why the Alpha was treating his Beta like an Omega. She knew well enough that Tobias idolized the emerald man, he had searched for and wide for many years to find his long lost best friend. This was not a time for the two to be odds with one another. Especially now that she wanted to join his pack. With Nadya's reluctance to her membership she was counting on Tobias' friendship with Tetradore to seal her fate. With her presence not being needed anymore she followed after her spotted friend's scent. Even though his scent was everywhere she managed to find his odor, carried with sadness mixed in with frustration. Following his trail her mind began running over the different reasons why the boys were not acting so chummy as before. Reaching his location she stopped and hid behind a few broken down cargo boxes as she came across an old cargo ship.
Blue-grey eyes narrowed as she noticed an assortment of Weres standing along the dock waiting to get in. Lifting her head some, catching the different scents, she noticed that the majority of them were males. Quietly she watched as some sort of jackal would let them in. One grey-ear twitched when she heard a rupture of snarls and hiss. She watched as the jackal nipped at the heels of the animals while two silver back gorillas were pulling out animals in cages. She had no idea that the creatures within the cages were those that caused a fight in the bar, or the ones that didn't pay their tabs. The only thing she saw were Weres locking up other Weres that seemed to be bloodied with some limbs broken. Whatever this place was she did not want to even try to get in the front way. Slipping out from her hiding spot she used her shadows to overlap her lithe frame and anything around her using it as a cover while she managed to walk over the other dock that was on the other side of the cargo ship. As she got closer to the tail end of the ship she noticed there was a door left ajar and unguarded. Dipping her head she pushed the door softly and peeked around finding herself in the kitchen with various meals being cooked with the cook not standing watch. Moving quickly inside she ran through, using her telekinesis to twist the knob of another door, running as fast as she could through the darker hallway. Leaving the hallway she took notice that there were other Weres, sitting or standing around something, yelling and cheering, while others were eating in their respectful forms. Quietly she walked around, ducking her head and staying away from the ones that were males not really liking how they were eyeing her. Lifting her head some she caught a hold of his scent once more, eyes lifting to the upper deck and noticing a familiar spotted pelt.
Seeing some stairs in the far corner she walked quickly towards it. The guards were distracted by a couple of females, leaving their post, which allowed her to slip on through. Without anyone detecting her, the she-wolf swayed her tail side to side happily as she continued walking along the upper ring heading straight for the only creature she knew. Hearing spats and snarls, followed by cheers, her head turned as she looked above the fighting arena. Eyes widen with shock as she noticed an alligator chomping on the hind legs of a water buffalo, while seeing a badger attempt to take the eyes out of an ibyx. Shaking her head she ran towards Tobias not slowing down until she was only a few feet away from him, seeing him sitting and simply staring at a closed door with his tail twitching in agitation. Puzzled and concerned she would rub her head into his shoulder, feeling safe at his side again, ignoring the cheering and madness below, and not hearing a loud voice shouting behind her. Softly her voice would brush into his as she caught his golden gaze, her stormy eyes carrying concern in them.
"Tobias...what is this place...and why are you here?"
