The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tobias' attempt to clean himself up much like a cat sees a sigh leave Nadya's lips, a thought on how to get Tet to order him to take a proper shower crossing her mind. If her brother was the only one Tobias truly listened to then she had no qualms about telling her brother to have him do things if it came to that. "Because eyes are a person's soul, you can tell what someone is really thinking even if their body language is saying something else." 'And I'd like to know when your crazy snaps' was a fleeting addition that she didn't want to add, and it was as good of an explanation as she could come up with, even though she wasn't sure how much he would understand of what she said at that point she was just talking to herself. Nadya had looked away from him as she spoke, avoiding it as she put the clothes down beside him to dress, when he took her by surprise, arm snaking around her waist to pull her back against his chest. The action drew a soft gasp from her, confusion and surprise in her eyes as she stood still, her body tensing slightly as she could feel the heat radiating off his body and hard muscled expanse covering hers, made easy by his height and the way she fit neatly against him. Nadya was by no means a short girl, considered average height for her age, but it wasn't often that a boy was Tobias' height and back home such an embrace had left her relatively even with a boy. She was distracted by it all, the vibration of his chuckle and the puff of warm air exhaled that tickled her neck causing a faint involuntary shudder to run down her back, that she hadn't noticed Tobias' hand sneak down until it was too late and he was pulling a piece of brownie from her pocket.
Tobias leapt away nearly as fast as he had grabbed her, the cool store air replacing the warmth that had been there, leaving Nadya gather herself and absorb what had just happened. Up until that point she had had a personal space bubble that Tobias would not breach, disliking touch when in his human form, and that's what took Nadya by surprise with his action as it seemed the playing field had just changed and her tactics of using touch as a way to "push" him in a direction, much as you would herd cattle, might not work anymore. Nadya watched Tobias silently as he put on the shirt, resting her hand over the pocket that contained the remaining morsels to reassure herself that she still had some sort of leverage against him. His outstretched hand and demand for the food snaps Nadya from her thoughts, stepping forward to bat his hand away, "No, you cheated and stole, the deal was food after you've finished dressing. I don't think my brother would like it if I had to tell him you were cheating and stealing from me." Well she had to find some sort of leverage and if that meant threatening Tetra on him she would.
If the rules to the game had changed to Tobias then they would have to for Nadya as well, meaning she was going to have to be much firmer with him, asserting her authority as part of the Tetradore bloodline in a way that he would understand. She plucked up the belt from where he had tossed it then hooked her fingers on the hem of Tobias' pants, yanking him slightly to her before showing him how the belt went through the loops around his waist. "This is called a belt and it goes through these loops," Nadya cinched the belt and retrieved the vest next, "this is a vest, you wear it over the shirt." She quickly stepped behind him to guide the vest on like you would a jacket to a child, one arm at a time, before moving back to stand in front of him. Her delicate fingers worked on buttoning the shirt first, leaving the last couple top ones undone to show off some of his chest before securing the buttons of the vest. "Now, get on the socks and shoes then you can have the half that I said. The sooner you cooperate the sooner we can go get Tet and you can get the other half."
