The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It bothered her greatly to see Alexis in such a devastating state. It was not easy to come to terms when it came to taking another life. Yet this is how this cruel world worked. Only the strongest survive. The need to keep one's self alive was a natural thing. That she hesitated and did not want to kill provided her a shred of dignity. The Dark Hunter would have never hesitated. He would have acted without another thought. Although she despised whomever was with Alexis, at the time that demanded she take the final blow, she was grateful that the other individual was the sound of reason. If it wasn't for that person then she may not be curled tightly around Alexis in the alley way. Instead she could have come across her lifeless body and that would have been a disturbing experience. With the cold rain starting to fall she could feel Alexis squirm and curl in tighter. It was of no concern for the oddly marked lupine that she would be getting wet. She would happily stay in the middle of the rain and catch a cold than allow Alexis one second to be alone. While Alexis continued to share her story and further explain the missing parts her soft eyes remained focus on the vixen.
It was the clip-clop sound that caught her attention as she felt Alexis shiver. Ebony dial would lift up as she noticed the approaching figure closing end the only entrance and exit of this particular alley way. Obsidian hackles rose as she caught the familiar scent of a particular male she despised. Black lips pulled back as she silently bared her sharp weaponry in warning. He of all Were's was not welcomed here. He may not be well known with her pack in the West, but she had already decided his presence was not allowed. He was acting like an Alpha, his strut spoke of dominance, and his presence caused an unknowing furry begin to bubble up inside her. It was an insult not just to her pack, but to her Alpha that he was here within the West. He was a threat and all threats were to be eliminated. Tonight she was supposed to patrol and it would seem she would have to act upon her role. Grey-trimmed ears laced backwards his voice sickening. Slowly she rose to her grey paws taking a few steps forward to keep herself between the horse and vixen, her cold voice quite unusually firm for the ever soft spoken she-wolf.
"My place is here. This is the West district, it belongs to my Alpha and my presence is allowed. You are not welcomed it is you that has no place here."
Grey tinged banner flicked side to side in agitation. It was the sound of Alexis hiss that made the she-wolf look down upon the smaller canine. For a moment she gave the young girl a look of concern. Why Alexis would no longer want her presence was quite confusing. Her muzzle would lower as she gently nipped the girl's ear as she nuzzled the girl. She would not leave Alexis alone with him. A rough snort of detest left her cold nose as she shook her head.
"And leave you with the likes of him? No...I'm staying, what are friends for?"
A faint grin appeared on her muzzle for a brief moment before it faded away. With a determined look she turned her head glaring at Rixon. Black lips pulled back to show her teeth once more as her tail lifted in a clear dominant form. It was not like her to be so forward, and yet, it was a thrilling feeling. To know she was doing something right for her pack brought a sense of accomplishment for the girl. This was her home and she was allowed to defend it. With a furious snarl she scowled up at him using her telekinesis to lift him in the air and throw him into the side of the wall. With a few fights in the ring with Tobias it allowed her to actually hone her offensive attacks and Rixon was the perfect target to practice. Taking a few steps forward her form remained defensive as she kept herself between her friend and foe. Once more she gave Rixon a fair and final warning.
