The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya's golden hued gaze narrowed at Tobias and his insistence on eating the horse that was Frost. "You can't eat Frost, Tobi! You can't eat other people!" Her scolding bordered between simple frustration that Tobi thought eating another Were was ok and the fact that it was Frost. Both Tobias and herself did not take kindly to taking orders from each other so his insistence that she remain away from Frost only caused Nadya to bristle. Nadya was already on edge when Raven thought it acceptable to bare her canines at the Beta with her own input. The clear show of teeth had Nadya's lips peeling back to emit a spitting hiss in her direction. "I wouldn't have to question if he just grew up and stopped causing messes wherever he goes."Attempt at warning or not, it wasn't something she would tolerate from anyone besides her brother.
Speaking of, it was Tetradore's words that dragged the young feline's attention away from the mis-match couple as they moved away to the ebony form of her older brother. The brush of his mind against hers was more solid than before indicating he was speaking to her alone. Nadya's whole demeanor changed, her bristled coat smoothing as his larger frame approached and her head dipping slightly in automatic submission. "But it's not just-.." She did want to explain that it wasn't just her that Frost had been kind to but the twins as well; a kindness that hadn't been extended by even her own pack. However, Tetradore's continued explanation quickly hushed Nadya's rebuttal. It was true that she didn't know the full extent of what happened in the fight, even though no one could tell her what had occurred to start it, but she trusted her brother above everyone else in her life.
The panther's ears pressed backwards as her eyes slid closed the moment her brother's tongue graced her cheek. "I'm sorry." Nadya leaned her head forward to nuzzle briefly at his neck in return. Although it didn't quite make sense for Frost to threaten to kill Nadya and the twins when he was trying to get her to join his pack. Nadya shifted slightly, glancing from the twins who were playing with the frayed ends of rope near Raven and Tobias back to Tetradore, no longer did she keep her voice to her brother but opened back to the others as well. "Don't think I have noticed how having a pack has weighed on you...and that the kittens have angered you. I know Frost is powerful and would do whatever is needed to get what he wants, just like you would do anything to protect me." She took a moment to consider before revealing the information she had been keeping from him. "Frost asked me to join his pack." Nadya hadn't really entertained the thought but now after knowing he had fought her brother it was a topic that came to the forefront of her mind. If she joined Frost's pack then she could protect her brother from it happening again and ease his constant painful reminder of her and Tobias with the kittens not being around anymore.
