Hey guys! So I have noticed lately that the unanswered threads above is getting a liitttlee crazy. SO. I do have a proposed solution or two but it will require a little bit of participation on ya'lls part so I'd like to see what you think!

I would be able to have it search through any unanswered threads that include the word "open". This would, however, mean that you have to mark any opened threads. Would this be something you guys would be willing to do? This would also mean that if you use the word open in your subject line (like from lyrics or whatever)...with the thread not being open, it will appear as an unanswered open threads. So - would you guys also be willing to forgo using the word open in your taglines/subject lines?

Alternatively, I could also implement a new field when you post a starting post letting you "tag" characters so you don't have to put who it's for anymore in your subject line (however this would be restricted to first/last name rather the nick names). This would require a bit more work and time but is definitely doable.

So what do you guys think? What are your preferences?
