I play two Dark Hunters although considering Kohl is in denial about being a Hunter I feel he may be unwilling to join a council of them haha. Azzy however would probably find this right up his alley. He likes following rules and is rather dedicated to the cause so he'd totally be up for it.

As for the Ark stuff I have no problem with that if the majority of people want them to be real battle standings then that's fine. I really don't mind at all the way the battle stuff for the Ark is run. If people just want to have there own made up battles that is fine and if they want to have some more official ones then go for it lol. I am sure Tobi would enjoy it either way so I'm fine with that.

As for knowing what is going on I don't feel I need notification of all your pending decisions, I trust you to create epicness and ask us for opinions when needed XD
