The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellington
Cause i've been dancing with shadows
waiting till the morning after
Frankly, the vampire doubted entirely that she was conscious enough to even register his presence at all. She seemed entirely lost in her own haze of thoughts, her whole frame somehow muted compared to that usually spicy woman he'd encountered several times prior. Something, he was sure, had gone terribly wrong. Frankly, considering the way those men seemed to hover, he hardly would have been surprised if they had some sort of hand in the current state he found her in. They were utterly daft, he was assured, to so attempt something some particularly unforgivable to a dark hunter, particularly this one. Still, he doubted they had little notion of the veritable word of hurt he had so saved them from once the young huntress regained her senses. A smooth simper was given towards them all the same, the vampire entirely certain to flash those fangs in an entirely subtle threat, assured they knew well not to cross the blood sucking demon - not that he truly would have associated himself with such a particularly dark image. However, Sebastian hardly wished to linger long, the man instead looping his arm around her waist as he hefted her up and against his frame. Those slurred words drew his gaze towards her, "Hush, love."He uttered softly before adding in an effort to reassure her, "I've got you."
Her body was more akin to a rag doll in his arms and yet he moved with ease all the same through that crowd, those dark blue eyes steadily positioned upon the exit of that bar as he moved ever closer towards the door. He was well aware of the way her head seemed to roll backwards against his shoulder, his grip tightening ever so slightly as her arm rose. Sebastian was hardly aware, really, of the way in which the woman so provoked those men whom had been near flocking towards her, rather, the man was vastly more attune to that crowd, It took but a few mere moments longer before the vampire was through that door, the coolness of the night air entirely welcoming compared to the hot stuffiness they had only just escaped from. His indigo gaze shifted towards the woman, the sound of that gasp drawing his attention. He moved just out of the doorway, instead settling against the side of the building just out of the way in order to allow the woman a moment to catch her breath. Sebastian reached into his pocket, plucking from it's depths a single, blue handkerchief, embroidered with his own initials in the corner. That item alone was surely an indication of the man's age, which such pieces of fabric had near become a status symbol in itself.
He handed Gia that handkerchief, his shoulders shrugging ever so slightly at those simple syllables she so struggled to voice. "You're welcome, love. Now, let's see about getting you home, hm?" He inquired. The vampire moved only once she'd taken that linen material away from him, the vampire shifting only to lift her entirely, cradling her within his arms more akin to a bride. After all, though possible, it was hardly comfortable to continue dragging the woman down the street to where ever she had come from in the first place. He took several steps away from the bar, entirely wishing to leave those premises entirely lest those men decided she was worth coming after. The last thing he wanted to do was engage in some sort of brawl over the huntress. After all, when blood was free flowing, his control tended to slip and, knowing her, she would likely hold it over him for all eternity regardless of the state she was in. "Which way, dove?" Sebastian asked, those darkly colored irises glancing down at her.
