The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
Her head tilted to the side, her ebony locks shifting like a curtain to brush along her back as she considered what she missed most of the Japanese foods she'd once indulged in so readily. How she missed those adorable triangle rice balls filled with their delicious concoction of salmon and mayonnaise and the saltiness of the dried nori. It was a wonderfully filling snack, paired perfectly with the crispy sweetness of the soft sweet potato covered in fried breading. Oh, it almost made her mouth water at the nostalgia of tastes that she hardly needed any longer. The deep rumble of Oliver's voice drew Chizue from her food based fantasies and lightly, a giggle echoed upon her lips as she tried to chase away her own embarrassment at becoming so wrapped up in her cravings. "Thank you." She answered, her shoulder lifted briefly as she tried to shrug away the thoughts. Oliver's hand slipped into his pocket, pulling from its depths his own phone as he excused himself from her presence. Chizue nodded affably, her chocolate irises instead turning towards the people who leisurely strolled around the fountain and the plethora of stores that surrounded them in some attempt to offer him a measure of privacy.
It was those foreign words upon his tongue, however, that piqued Chizue's attention, drawing her eyes away from the gaggle of teenagers that cloistered together before the glass doors of the mall. Her brows furrowed ever so slightly and yet, Chizue was quick to put together just what her companion was doing. She hadn't really expected him to go out of his way to procure food more to her tastes, especially when she didn't need to eat in the first place. It was some moments later that Oliver hung up - that brisk, commanding tone almost softening as he turned his attention back towards her. "...you know...you didn't have to do that." She informed him after several moments of quiet consideration. "I mean, it's not that I'm not thankful for it but I don't really have to eat and I don't want you to feel like you have to wait when I know you're starving...." Her hands waved in front of her chest in a clearly flustered manner - the teenager demeanor she'd eaten only worsening the fluttering in her chest as her cheeks flushed a slight shade of crimson. After all, it wasn't often men like him went out of their way for her in such an endearing manner!
Fortunately, her efforts seemed enough to convince the man to enjoy at least some of his meal, his fork easily dipped into his food as he munched on the Shepherd's Pie. A soft breath of relief left her lips, Chizue content to leave him to his meal as her gaze deviated from the man beside her - only to find that still lingering group of teenagers. Really - she'd thought one of them might find some courage by now...that is unless they were still in the 'snapping clandestine pictures' phase. Was it unfair of her to not tell Oliver that he'd likely end up in some Japanese gossip column by the end of the evening? It was a hint of unexpected mischievousness that caused the girl to lean closer towards her companion, her head nodding lightly in the direction of the small gathering as she insisted they were surely here for him. After all, he was Sacrosanct's 'most eligible bachelor', was he not? The age difference surely made the idea ridiculous and yet, Chizue was nothing if not committed. A warm simper danced across her features as she watched him freeze in place - only to stare at the young group clearly baffled by the prospect. It took a moment longer till she watched as the epiphany of her rather blatant teasing spread slowly across his face. His confusion melted away to a small, subtle simper that tugged gently at the corners of his lips, even as he closed the lid for his take out.
Oliver turned to place the container of food beside him, only to turn his full attention back towards her as he commented casually that he genuinely hoped they weren't here for him when he was enjoying his present company enough as it was. Her cheeks flushed that gentle shade of pink again at his clear flirtation and yet, the teenager within her was quick to pick up on the game they played as she insisted the other girls would surely hate her now. Oliver's insistence that she hadn't given them a reason to hate her, however, prompted her to wink at him as she added, "...yet." The singular word had a unique capability of suggesting their immediate future might turn into something that might produce envy in the other girls vying for him - even if Chizue was not yet sure if she intended to follow through with the suggestion...or even how she might. The man beside her shifted in his seat, his arm turned to rest upon the bench behind her, his body turned slightly inward towards her as he drew himself closer to her petite figure. She laughed as he informed her of his ability to keep her safe, her hand reaching out to gingerly pat his thigh. "I have no doubt." Chizue reassured him, only to continue after his inquiry of what they should do. "Fortunately, I have some experience with this." A warm smile remained upon her features as she gestured the group of teenagers over with a small wave of her hand - that hint of acknowledgement from her was all that was necessary to see the teen's eyes widen as they looked briefly towards each other, verifying with one another that she had, indeed, invited them over.
There was a shuffling of feet and wide grins upon their features as the small group closed the distance between the entrance of the mall and the park bench where Chizue sat. "Um...Chizue-sama...we were ah...wondering if we could...get your autograph?" One of the girls up front stuttered out, only to show the two the school binder she'd clutched to her chest - a picture of Chizue herself slid beneath the protective covering.
An easy smile spread across her features as the Asian woman nodded in agreement. "Of course...I fear I don't have a pen though..." She commented, regretfully.
"Oh! I've got one!"
"Can you sign this too?"
Within seconds, the pop star found herself with a permanent marker in hand, the Japanese characters that made up her name signed in a flowy, feminine script across binders, a paper, and even a folded up poster that one of the teenagers had just purchased by chance mere hours before. It had been a surprise to see that was still being sold even though it had been a few years since Chizue had last been a part of the limelight. With their mission for an autograph complete, and a few group selfies taken, the teenagers left with several enthusiastic waves goodbye. It was only once they'd disappeared back into the mall that the young woman turned her attention fully back to her companion, "See, all done." She offered with a warm giggle, certain that he hadn't been expecting all of that.
