The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Nadya was certainly feeling the pregnancy. It seemed that every day they seemed to be growing, her Were DNA accelerating the pregnancy along far more than a human gestation. She was just getting lost in her thoughts when a male voice distracted her. He was no James Franco but definitely not horrid looking. Her chocolate gaze swept up and down his figure before answering him. "Well you know the saying practice makes perfect." A twinge of a smirk tugged at her features. "I'm Nadya, owner of this...fine establishment. Or it will be when it's finished." She sighed softly and slid off the barstool. "If you're interested in working here I could definitely use the help. Have you had any experience bartending?" This may be her first business but she knew in order to make it a good business she had to have employees who knew what they were doing.
Another new addition into the building saw Nadya's attention draw away from Finley. Apparently jobs were few to come by to get two responses on the first print day. "No, you're in the right place, come on in." Nadya hadn't exactly thought on what questions to actually pose to the people who responded. From the looks of the two they really needed the job from the girl's wrinkled clothing to Finley's stained boots. Clothes, or rather fashion in general, was Nadya's thing and she noticed every detail. The world of Burlesque used it just as much as a fashion model runway so why not put her skills to use and money some money off it. "Well, I may not need two bartenders right now but I'm sure we could find somewhere for you." Nadya indicated the room with one hand as she glanced between the two interested parties. "Everything needs to be put in its place, the bar, the seating, and even the lighting." She dropped her hand to graze over her swollen belly at the girl's stare. "I'm sorry, I didn't get your name. And what's both of your species? This place will cater to all so you should be ok with supernaturals."
