The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
The small, smooth laugh that escapes the woman's lips in response to his antics sees those glorious dark eyes turn upon her once more, the sound of her laughter seeming to intrigue him even within his human form, head tilting gently to the side like a curious puppy as tousled strands of rebellious black hair tumble into his gaze- the boy well overdue for a haircut to be sure and yet there are precious few willing to dare attempt such a feat with the often volatile creature. For a moment or so the boy merely continues to stare towards the vampire, lip quirking slightly in some effort to mimic the expression upon her own features, his attempt to mimic her laugh resulting in little more then a rasping snicker of sorts before the sound is abruptly cut off- the man failing to realise that this is hardly a normal manner in which a being laughs. He is, after all, entirely...unique in his being, his mind decidedly child-like, his thoughts fractured, broken and yet dangerously cunning when he should so be inclined to have something for himself- just as he had desired to try her drink before rejecting the bitter flavours with evident disdain as the woman folded a blonde lock behind her ear.
The question the girl asked seemed to earn her a scowl of sorts, the young man's features creasing slightly in some evident attempt to sort out the thoughts within his mind, struggling perhaps, to perceive the question- his ability to understand the spoken word nearly as poor as his ability to speak it, so much of what he understands taken from body language alone, dark eyes observing the movement of each line and muscle as only a predator can. The tone of her voice at least, assures him the question was hardly an insult, her eyes still upon him indicating she expected an answer as dark eyes flicked from drink to vampire and back again, mind attempting to grasp this connection. Why? After all, was not a question he was often asked, most having merely accepted his behaviour as the norm.
"I....wanted to....taste it but.....I am....not allowed to...so it has to be...a secret. Yes?"
He waits for the vampire woman to at least confirm she had understood, that she would keep this secret he seemed determined to maintain before those dark eyes narrowed once more.
"Tetra says I....have to say nice things....to girls because that is....how you make...girls like you."
His words it would seem are entirely serious in tone, head nodding as if to assure the woman of what he clearly believes to be fact- his ability to understand women, much less interact with them a shockingly limited thing and yet it would seem some of Tetradore's lessons had been maintained- at least in part.
"You have....nice ears."
This, he is sure, is an appropriate compliment, having done just as he had been taught, selecting a body part before declaring his appreciation of it, oblivious to why ears may not be an ideal choice. Any further attempt at conversation from the Westside deviant was abruptly ended by the sudden approach of Damon and the clothes dumped upon the table before him, eyes narrowing slightly at these unfamiliar garments. The vampire's command to dress himself however is met with a distinct and noticeable hiss from within his throat. He is a dominant creature, a leader amongst his own kind, bowing only to one and as such the vampires command is given to do little more than agitate him- until the mention of further food seems to soothe his irritability. He has met Damon many times before, is content enough in this man's company and as such, it would seem, is willing to bribed, at least for now. One hand reaches out to snatch the jacket and pants from the table, pulling the garments on and over his shockingly tall and lanky frame before seating himself once more (several patrons looking far more comfortable now that he was dressed). Dark eyes returning to Damon.
"I am....going to be....vampire tonight- like you."
His head nods once more, this bizarre line of speech followed suddenly by his lips pulling readily back from his teeth, the boy having shifted merely his two canines into their leopard form, offering the illusion of two (rather large) vampire like fangs as he grins, quite content to display his ability to partial shift in this moment before speaking once more.
"I want to....have....my fish now."
After all- he was promised a meal.
