It wasn't hard to see how uncomfortable the two women were, being a predator Nadya was ever observant of body language though perhaps it wouldn't have taken her species to notice. Their confused looks over the racks and the tense way they carried themselves, along with the choices she noticed that Raven had slung over her arm, would have pinned them as newbies to anyone else too. Nadya's confusion turned into understanding if not a bit of sympathy at Raven's explanation of someone sending her here. Perhaps it had been meant as a joke knowing it would make her uncomfortable or simply to rub it in her face that the clothes she currently owned weren't attractive. Her features softened as her attention turned to Alexis, glad to see that despite her nervousness that she seemed excited about the clothes. There was hope for that one. "It can be a lot to take in if you don't know your style."
Nadya's immediate response to having Alexis' form invade her space at once was to shift back though it simply in surprise than anything else. She had no reason to be fearful or even dislike Alexis but the quick intrusion of canine took her by surprise. It took a moment to register that Raven was attempting to pass Alexis off to her. Tab? Free clothes? It seems her earlier dilemma on how she was going to sneak her chosen clothes out of the store was solved. It was for the best since it probably wouldn't have worked this time around since the employees had started watching Nadya closely, monitoring her lingering presence around the racks. Oh the delight in Nadya's eyes shone brightly, a large grin passing Nadya's lips as she quickly hooked her arm in Alexis. "Well then, there's no time to lose. Right this way my little Grasshopper." Eagerly Nadya led Alexis away from the shoes back to the far wall that hung the newest additions to the store.
Nadya released Alexis' arm once they stood before the assortment of tops, pants, and dresses of all assortments. "Nooww...it's usually best to stick to dresses for us. They're much easier to take off when you want to shift. You look like you might be a 6....maybe an 8." Her delicate fingers barely graced along the clothes hanging on the racks before plucking the chosen articles with deft precision from years of practice, handing them off to Alexis without pulling her gaze away from her task. "A good pair of jeans and a top is always good too." Again she pulled a couple more options off for Alexis. In all, the colors were a variation of blues, purples, and greens with the darkest a forest-like green. "There's a rule. Color is your friend. It's ok to wear black if it's lacy or if it's not the dominant color." Nadya went on to explain, eyeing the choices of dresses and tops and pants she had given Alexis. "You just have to try those on now and we'll see what compliments your body the most."
The young girl's gaze swept over to Raven once she had directed Alexis towards the fitting room. She could tell she wouldn't be as willing to break out of her shell, to stray from what Raven knew would probably end in a terrible battle quite like her fighting Tobias about bathing. However, Alexis clearly wasn't the only one in need of new clothes and it didn't seem that logical to not try while they were at least there. Nadya took a moment in glancing over the racks before quickly ducking around Raven down an aisle before turning and shoving the chosen outfit of a white flowing blouse and tan skirt into her hands. "Ok, now it's your turn, go try that on. It's not vibrant colors but it's at least new and gives you some style." She tried to use the fact that the outfit was more neutral to her advantage since color was obviously evil incarnate to Raven. No one could say Nadya didn't try when it came to sharing her wealth of knowledge when it came to fashion, her delight in dressing others quite apparent in this moment.
