Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Henry wasn't sure what to say or do with Malia. While he was glad that she was okay, he wasn't sure he could handle the badgering today. He knew she left him in a pissed off whirl of emotion because he wouldn't recognize his were half. But now, now he was being forced to embrace it which was hard for him to do. He still had trouble controlling his sifts and his behavior while shifting. It was something he and Tetradore were working on, but Henry had a feeling they had quite a bit of training left to do.

He was a little short with her when he asked why she was here. He worried that she wanted to bitch to him again. Truthfully, he was in no mood for that today. He felt genuinely terrible that he had put his boyfriend in the hospital...or killed him, one of the two. He hadn't seen Sterling come home so immediately he feared like he might have killed the man. He surely hoped he hadn't.

She mentioned that she didn't like how they left things, and he nodded his head softly. "You're the one who up and left..." Though she had been the one who left things a little rocky, he couldn't consider himself completely innocent. "...though I was a little too stubborn." Or a lot stubborn. It was his own stubbornness that had gotten him into quite a bit of trouble lately.

She continued, saying that she shouldn't have pushed him like she had and he couldn't help but sigh. "Don't worry about it..." That was his way of accepting her apology. But in truth, it would take more of an apology from him in order to fix the shit he's done. "I should have believed more people when they told me I wasn't human." There was a sense of sadness to his voice and he sighed softly. Talking about what happened to Sterling was hard and it made his heart ache something terrible. But he had to be honest with himself. He couldn't hurt anyone else.
