Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

Anna wasn't in the habit of thinking very far back so it took a moment for her to recall the wedding in Italy. The child vampire passed a piece of cookie to the pup that remained sniffing at her hand as she straightened to face Sebastian. Yes, it had smelled funny there, but she had been delighted at the party after the dull talking bit. Perhaps the only reason she had behaved so well was with the promise of sweets if she sat quietly for the long ceremony. There had been no shortage of those either and her eyes still shone at the memory of the chocolate fountain and finger cakes. "I want to have a party." Surely her dress should see the light of day again for another fancy event.

Her adamant declaration of not having this supposed Arlo being met with the response of 'giving him another try' was met with a wrinkle of her nose. "He tricked me then bit me. I don't like him. He's not a proper vampire...don't bite other vampires." It seemed that it was a rule to her, vampires not allowed to bite other vampire. "He ran away when I got him off...didn't even say sorry." How rude. No, he wouldn't be suitable for her party. Anna offered Sebastian the last of her cookies as she thought on this possible party of hers.

"Can there be presents at the party too?" She recalled those neatly wrapped gifts lining the long table after the wedding. "I haven't had a present party before. I want dresses and a new dollhouse and a bag to carry my pet with ribbons on it." Why a pet carrier needed ribbons, or her fascination with ribbons, was a mystery but she knew she wanted it. Anna's hands waved wildly as she listed the items, giving imaginary dimension to those hopeful gifts. "You can be there, and the faerie can be there if he doesn't lie again, Damon can be there, my pet can be there...and we can play all sorts of games." That excitement was beginning to well up and be too much for her small frame to contain as she hurried past Sebastian deeper into the manor. "There's so much to do!"
