Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Oh how utterly worrisome this whole...sex thing was! Just the thought of talking about it with Dorian made her cheeks flush a vibrant shade of red and she hadn't even SEEN the fae King yet! How was she ever going to get through this conversation?! Maybe this was a terrible idea - but she had promised Arlo....but....but....but this was a terrible idea! A truly exasperated sigh left Abigail's lips as she stood upon the mat in front of Dorian's door and yet.....it was too late to turn back now. After all, she had already arranged this and he had already made time for her and she had her box of treats already in her hands for him....she couldn't just not at least say hi. Abigail leaned forward, her hand lightly wrapping against the door in a gentle knock that she was more than certain would be heard. In fact, it wasn't until several moments later that Charles himself moved to open the front door. Immediately a beam lit up the girl's features at the face of the young Englishman - she had quite liked the manservant, those few moments she'd met him the last time Arlo and herself had attended dinner. Her inquiry if Dorian was busy - however, was met with the royal Fae himself!

The very sight of the Italian in his leather jacket and casual dress, combined with the very inquiries she knew she was supposed to ask him brought a pink hue to her otherwise pale cheeks. Her heart fluttered anxiously within her chest, even as she greeted the man with nothing short of an altogether exuberant smile. "Hiya!" She declared, as she stepped into the front entryway. Abigail was all too happy to trail behind Dorian as he led the way to the sitting room - the room altogether blissfully comfortable and warm and super-duper snuggly in spite of the spring chill outside. "Ooooo, it's so nice in here!" The redhead commented delightfully as she settled in the chair across from Dorian, her gaze darting inquisitively around the room. It was the first time, after all, she'd actually been in the sitting room, their previous evening within the royal couple's home mostly confined to the dining room (though even that had been utterly spectacular!). Abigail had, admittedly, entirely forgotten about the pastel pink box within her fingertips, her hazel gaze instead studying all the super neat deer sculptures scattered about the room like it was a secret I Spy game.

It was only Dorian's Italian lit that drew her attention back towards the handsome King across from her. She was hardly surprised to hear that Sebastian was super duper busy, frankly, she thought Dorian would be too. "Oh, that's okay." She quickly assured her companion, after all, she was kind of sort of glad that Sebastian wasn't here. Abigail wasn't sure she could face BOTH of them with all those thoughts that still rattled around in her brain. Dorian's inquiry about Arlo however, prompted a small hint of uncertainty to blossom upon her fair features. "He's doing good, he um....he's the reason I wanted to talk to you..." A soft sigh left her lips, a small frown almost tugging at the corner of her features. Those thoughts, however, were distracted immediately by Dorian's inquiry of her SUPER DUPER SPECIAL BOX! "Oh, yeah! These are for you!" She commented, grinning almost abruptly as she thrust the box out to him, lifting the lid in the process.

"Look! These are called Jeri! They're sweet bread...like...thing that we used to eat all the time in Nepal. I thought that maybe you might not have had them before and might want to try some! It's really really good. And look they look kind of like flowers too!" She commented, entirely exuberant to show off all of her hard work. It wasn't often that Abigail tried to bake something for anyone, especially not a KING! "Would you....would you like to try one?" The young woman inquired, altogether aware that there was a possibility that maybe he wouldn't want one of her pretty flower doughs....but she was trying to be a good guest! Really really!
