Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Tetradore's head bobbed ever so slightly in a silent gesture of understanding at Samantha's remark, though even he could hardly hide the annoyance he felt that his sister's behavior had coaxed him from the task that had previously occupied the entirety of his attention. He knew all too well the woman was far more capable of controlling her antics then she had been of late. He was hardly oblivious to the realization that his sibling's sudden shift in behavior had come only after she had made the decision to deposit her children with her family. His own thoughts on the topic, however, were decidedly complicated and so, instead, Tetradore chose more often than not to simply let her be. The sound of ruffling of bags was enough to momentarily draw his own attention away from the fae, watching in brief disinterest as his sibling fought with the plastic bags and her own purse though he made no immediate move to assist her. On the contrary, he remained exactly where he was, hardly stopping Samantha as she herself moved towards to pick up the fabric with decide care. He listened to the girl's explanation of the dress as her fingers gingerly stroked the fabric and yet he offered her little more than a simple sound of acknowledgement. Clothing, after all, had never really held any true meaning or interest for the man.

The paper, however, momentarily caught his interest, the man instantly knew exactly what it was. After all, he had been effectively running his own business for some time now, including payroll. Despite this, Tetradore's gaze hardly lingered long on the form. This was Nadya's business and he had made every point this far to ensure that he let her blossom in such an area in her own way, hardly getting involved except to bring her the occasional fae he stumbled upon. Instead, Tetradore leaned against the edge of the futon, his own fingers reaching out for the stuffing on the floor to slowly shove it back into the futon. His attention shifted from his task only by the sound of his own name and yet he offered her little more than the smallest of shrugs. "The burlesque is Nadya's business, not mine." He stated simply, quite purposefully choosing to have nothing to do with what his sibling did with her own employees, regardless of if said employee happened to be Samantha. "Though, that is the going rate for a decent manager these days."
