Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Residences

Tetradore made a rather pointed effort to be as inattentive as possible to the paper in front of the fairy, much less the one sided conversation and the effects the increase of income might have upon her financial situation. After all, Samantha had never meant to be apart of his business any further then the front of his sister's door. She was still his sibling's employee and for the moment, that trumped any relationship that was blossoming between the were and the fae. In truth, neither of the pair of felines seemed particularly willing to hear any form of rebuttal from Samantha, instead nearly forcing upon her the new found wealth she would soon be in possession of.

Instead, Tetradore's striking emerald gaze shifted towards the large ebony paw that batted at his leg and clawed into his flesh. He knew well what his sister wanted and indeed, he had to admit that she had, in some fashion or another, earned the reward he had offered her. Although the panther hadn't quite made things better immediately, she had given the fairy the hope necessary to reassure the girl that this - this frugal life she found herself within - was but temporary. "All right, all right." He muttered to the girl, conceding to her wishes as he watched her bound away from the pair, letting the transformation overcome her slender figure.

He could hardly help the fashion at which his emerald gaze rolled ever so slightly, his attention turned briefly towards the young woman in his arms, her nose nuzzling into his neck. A soft grunt was all that was given towards his sibling in response as she abruptly departed from the apartment, affording the couple some lingering moment of privacy. Slowly, Tetradore dragged himself to his feet, his gaze glancing over the futon and the nearly completed stuffing he had achieved. There were but tiny bits of fluff still on the girl's wooden floors but he'd been far too lazy to chase down every remaining offending particle. It was, sadly, the best that could be done for now.

His attention, however, shifted from the makeshift bed and towards the fairy herself as she moved closer towards him, her voice clearly holding a hint of teasing. "Yeah, that sounds like a lot more effort to fix." He muttered, his baritone voice lit with a tone that was nearly complaining. Still, Tetradore nodded ever so slightly at Samantha's insistence that it was perhaps better anyways, since clearly so much still had to be done before Dorian's arrival back home - not that he'd met his girlfriend's new roommate in the first place (and thus he too cared surprisingly little of the fairy's thoughts). Gently, Tetradore returned the kiss he offered her, a small shrug crossing his broad shoulders. "Well, she is my sister. I guess I have to look out for her." There was a small trace of a simper on his lips, the man clearly teasing before he stepped away from Samantha. "I'll see you later." He called over his shoulder before making his own exit.

His own feet hardly dragged down the steps of her apartment - the man was hardly one to draw out good byes. He'd long sense learned that it was foolish to do so, especially when, before now, those beings that filled his life were startlingly fleeting. He glanced over the hod of his vehicle at his sibling, pausing in front of the car to unlock it before reaching up to pull his shirt over his head, "We can come back for it later. No one's going to take it." He spoke, fully intending to indulge his sister and fulfill his promise. After all, it was rather rare when the two were afforded such time alone together. It was about time he took advantage of it.
