Nadya and her children were only a few of many making the most of the last forecasted sunny day of the season. Fall was soon to give way to winter which meant rain and cold which Nadya abhorred greatly. Of course the only way to spend the day was to visit the beach. The lapping water was a bit on the nippy side but it didn't stop people from wading in it.
The young mother wasn't one of those to bother with the water but she was going to soak up all the sun she could. Dressed in a simple black bikini, Nadya lay stretched out on her back on the over large beach towel. "Izzy, watch where you're putting the sand." The woman raised up onto her elbows to look at Izzy and Micah who were digging in the sand beside their towels. In the child's excitement she had begun to fling her little hands and thus dust Nadya in sand particles.
Nadya's gaze turned up to survey the beach and those around them. It was then that a newly found individual caught her attention a few yards away. "Izzy.." The mother leaned over to whisper in her daughter's ear while motioning at the man. Izzy tilted her head in curiosity but as her mother told her she abandoned her play to run over to the stranger.
The giggly toddler immediately threw her arms around Henry's legs, "Unca Hennyyy!" Those big innocent chocolate eyes sparkled playfully up at this man she had never met before. Her mother had assured her he was safe though and was her uncle like Tet was. As for Nadya she had flicked down her sunglasses on her nose to peer over at the scene with a smirk on her face. Micah had ceased his play as well to watch curiously.
