The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
Slowly, but surely, Sebastian was melding himself into the night life that made up the metropolis of Sacrosanct. It was becoming his home, piece by slow piece. He was making a point to wander further and further from the hotel he'd momentarily taken up residence within, if only to ensure that this was where he wanted to settle for at least the time being. It was this quest to learn every niche within the metropolis that brought him to the southern side so very far from his northern inhabitance. He shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans, the evening zephyr gently shifting his blond locks as the man wandered at a leisurely pace through the park. It was the perfect night for a walk and even better of a night to spend with a woman between his bed sheets. He'd contemplated visiting the near by bars, if only curious of the difference in prey that might be offered to him. Although the Voo Doo room often left him successful, his choices there were often limited, relying more work to coerce them back to his suite. Tonight he wanted someone easy - a simple fuck and feed. The sheer notion was enough to cause the man's eyelashes to flutter closed over his crystalline gaze, a soft sigh of contentment leaving his lips. Yes - it would be the perfect night indeed.
His fantasy, however, was interrupted by the melodic sound of a soprano voice, one that some part of him recognized. It was familiar to him, like a song from a memory or a dream and without realizing it, Sebastian found himself drifting down the park path, deviating his previous course to follow the sound back to it's source. He wandered down pathways, finding himself closer towards the section of the park that, in day light hours, was meant to be dominated by children. He paused dead in his tracks when he saw her, swinging so innocently and child like. Her clothing had changed, her wardrobe had been updated slightly but he could still tell it was her. It was some innate sensation, or perhaps it was just because that singular memory had been burned into the forefront of his brain. He remembered feeling her fangs into his neck. He remembered watching in horror as she bled him dry. He remembered her laughter and, most of all, he remembered waking up alone in a sea of blood without a single soul to explain to him what had happened.
He'd become frozen into his spot as he stared at her, knowing all to well that she surely saw him as much as he saw her. Frankly, Sebastian doubted she'd remembered him at all. He was just another of her victims, just like the numerous of victims he had over the years. Their faces tended to blur into one another till he couldn't have told a soul what his first one looked like or his second, or even the one he'd taken last week. Movement from his periphery pulled Sebastian back to reality, his crystalline gaze switching from the young girl on the swing to the gagged, tied female beside her. His features shifted into the slightest of frown but he kept mute on the topic. It certainly wasn't his prerogative if she chose to kill her victims, even if he had long ago been taught by personal experience that it was in his best interest to keep them alive. He cleared his throat, trying to push the memories and his displeasure from his facade as he called to her, "Lovely night, hm?" He offered her the smallest of simpers, his pointed canine's flashing for one brief moment if only to show that he knew exactly what she was up to. Sebastian didn't see fit to tell her who he was, he didn't see fit to take revenge upon her. In fact, he wasn't even sure how he felt about her but what he was certain of was that at this rate - she'd surely bring about her own death.
