South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

"It took a bit of practice before, but now it has become natural to do...by that it doesn't mean taking a lot of effort."

Talking about one of the first gifts she received when she came into town was a bit unusual. No one really ever conversed about the powers they were given. Honestly one day she woke up and felt the need to go for a run. While she was running she found her body was shaking uncontrollably, believing this was another way of her feral side coming out, terrified she ran into the woods until she could no longer move. After the pain of feeling her bones break once more and enlarge the lupine passed out only to awake by seeing her massive grey paw. After a few minutes of freaking out she managed to find a water source to look at her reflection and see she was the size a bit bigger than a grizzly bear. Amazed and terrified all at once the she-wolf was quite fascinated to see herself in this way. It had taken some effort, but eventually she found out her way to harness the ability to make herself smaller or bigger in any way she wanted to. This particular gift became quite useful for her in more ways than one. From making herself look more intimidating to be far too adorable to be angry at. As Navi decided to give her a speech upon the meaning of her name her dial titled in puzzlement. Why did Fae creatures have such an uncanny fascination in the meaning of names? If she Navi and Dorian were standing in a room together with her then they would have easily been able to break apart everything about her name, and give her various meanings that were supposedly going to reveal her own life story. With a shy wolfish grin her grey-trimmed ear flicked to the side.

"Yea...I guess so...or...my parents just wanted to name me after a bird."

Honestly she never really got the chance to ask them such a question. It would have been fun at least to know more about her family and their past. The only thing she knew was there was meaning behind her middle name, but that was it. If she wasn't feral then maybe she would have learned more. She would've had to. After all she was the daughter of the Alphas and so her responsibility would be to know everything about their pack and lead it. Sadly that wouldn't be something she would ever be to do. They say Alpha blood makes a Were much stronger than others it causes them to never back down no matter what. That wasn't the case for her. Everything that she could have been was shattered, broken a part in such small jagged pieces, that it would take years for it to be all patched up. Such thoughts of her pack brought nothing, but sadness and discomfort. Of course she had no need nor reason to explain her life story to the complete stranger. With a slow nod in agreement a muttered voice was pressed into her skull.

"Where I come from, that's the same for me too."

Lying down beside the Fae she released a soft sigh. Originally the plan tonight was to enjoy a lovely stroll on her own. The boys would be doing whatever it was they liked to do. Eat, drink, play games, go somewhere and do male-fun activities. Whatever it was they were doing she didn't mind that at all. They were having fun and that's all that mattered. Of course she would enjoy spending time with them, but guys needed to do what they did, and she...well, she could enjoy a night on her own. One would think she was so lonesome without having a girl in the pack, but that wasn't the case at all. Besides, she had many friends outside the pack that she could spend time with. It just so happened that tonight she wanted to be alone, but that wasn't possible now. She found a Fae, a Fae that seemed quite content to be outside and sleep. Now, she rather enjoyed the outdoors and sleeping, but it didn't seem right that she was out here all alone by herself. There was danger lying within the southern woods. That comfortable stillness between them was broken at the mention of scars and the meaning behind them. She had heard such similar sayings and she believed them. It had taken such a long time for her to accept them. The mention of her pack now was met with a nod as her tail swayed side to side quite eagerly.

"Yes, I love them very much. They accept me for me. You don't always get to find others like that in your family sometimes."

Lifting her head she looked down at the woman her head tilting to the side as she spoke gently, persuading the woman in a way that might get her out from here. It was getting close to being winter which meant the temperature would drop significantly during this time of year. It would not do her well to sleep on a ground and frost come over.

"I don't think you staying in the woods like this is safe. There are Dark Hunters that like to hunt our kind and not everyone in the supernatural world is friendly like me. I know a place where it's warm and you can have a roof over your head. If you come with me I'll let you ride on my back."
